I had an outstanding experience at Hancock Family Dentistry! Dr. Lim is amazing — she’s knowledgeable, gentle, and truly knows what she’s doing. From start to finish, everything felt comfortable and professional. The entire staff is incredible — so friendly, welcoming, and attentive. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and go above and beyond to make each visit a positive one. I’m so grateful to have found Dr. Lim and her wonderful team. Highly recommend! 🦷✨

Great dentist! I brought my two kids for a visit and Dr Lim and Asella were so patient and worked great with them, my son(2y/o) and daughter(1y/o) were able to sit still and get their cleaning. Truly such friendly staff!

The staff is wonderful, knowledgeable, and attentive to questions. They took care of cavities that hadn't been found in advance in addition to the known ones, and the deep cleaning went smoothly. And it was quicker than I expected!

Myself and my two children are routinely seen at Hancock Family Dentistry. The staff is extremely friendly and prioritizes both comfort and quality care. In one instance where my son’s crown was displaced the staff prioritized getting him in immediately and fixing it. They do a phenomenal job of connecting with patients and ensuring that they provide superior care.

I went here and had many fillings done . Everything seemed great until a couple months later, I had a filling come of my tooth. I called to see if I could get an appointment to have it looked at. The office manager was very dismissive and told me I have to pay out of pocket for an exam and X-rays . She kept repeating "fillings don’t just come out". I was saying that it did and now I’m in pain. No willingness to be helpful to my situation when a filling should last for years not months. She was rude and dismissive and implying that it was my fault the filling came out . I went to comfort dental to have it looked at . The dentist there told me fillings come out for two reasons ; because there is bacteria underneath or because they are not sealed properly. He could see what I was talking about even without an xray . They fixed it for cheaper than what I was quoted at Hancock family dentistry for just an exam. The point is that they don’t take responsibility for a mistake and want to charge you again . There is no reason as to why my filling would have came out in just a few months and they refused to fix it or help.

Friendly, accommodating, and honest. I appreciate that they provide me with options depending on my preference and/or budget. I’ve not had luck with dentists in the Springs but I would 100% recommend Hancock family dental! They have an awesome team here.
