I've been coming to this dentist since 1991 when it was owned by Dr Kinlaw. Now that Dr Koch is the owner, it's only gotten better each year. The new technology they introduce keeps them at the cutting edge of dentistry. All of this is great, but the one thing that sets this Dentist office apart from others is - THE STAFF! The staff they have is top notch. Diana/Megan do an awesome job in so many ways. Both are very helpful with with all aspects of dentistry and billing. The hygienist staff are excellent too, but there is no one better than Kristen! She is so good at her trade, answers any/all questions and is a great advocate for her patients. She is very well informed of modern dentistry as well as worldly events. Whether the topic is about sports, local news, national news or even 'Big Mike's' BBQ, Kristen will always keep the conversation going. She makes going to the dentist fun! To summarize, I think I pass by at least 10 other dentist offices on my way to Dr Koch's office. However I wouldn't even think about changing dentists just because they are closer to home. Dr Koch and staff are the best and work hard to stay that way!
