The staff here are great and very welcoming! The hygienists always do a really thorough job during my regular dental cleaning appointments. When I started with Invisalign, Dr. Zhou explained the process very well and made the whole thing very easy to get through.

The front desk and staff members at Crystal Smile Family Dentistry are welcoming, caring and highly competent. Lisa, the hygienist, is amazingly thorough; she goes after every little bit of tartar, making it worth my while to keep up with my dental maintenance schedule. At other dental locations, I often hear from the hygienists that my teeth are so clean that they don't need to do much (and they don't). Gently probing with gloved fingers in my mouth, Dr. Zhou is great at finding the root cause for my dental issues. In my case, she proposed pragmatic, simple and inexpensive fixes that I could implement at home, removing my concern of tooth decay and saving me a bundle. Her fees are also very reasonable. I am relieved I found Crystal Smile Family Dentistry, a team that I can trust for my dental needs. ————————————————————- Last week, I discovered that Dr. Zhou is a meticulous sculptor. While filling the crack in my left front tooth she gave me a wonderful surprise; she also reduced the widening gap between my two front teeth. I have been a patient of Dr. Zhou for roughly nine months or so now, and I cannot rave enough about how incredible she and her staff are. I am not a lover of being in the dentists chair and have anxiety related to it, which the doctor and her staff treat with sincere support and understanding, unlike any treatment I’ve received before from a dentist. They will work with you on your needs and budget to make sure you are happy but also healthy. Truly a gentle and incredible dentist. I cannot recommend Dr. Zhou enough!
