I had an amazing experience with this dental practice. I came as a new patient from another well known and popular dentist practice in the triangle and beyond. A dentist at that practice recommended work that was denied by my insurance with the tune of "we aren’t covering this because the cart is coming before the horse." Dr. Dang at Cary Family dentistry not only found NOTHING to substantiate dental work being needed but also recommended a night guard to reduce further wear on any previous work. Kim the hygienist…. Phenomenal work! She’s knows her stuff and is gentle! I highly recommend this dental practice!

I started going to this office about a year ago. My experiences so far have been very good. The staff was friendly and seemed to know what they're doing. The cleanings were very thorough and effective. The dentist was competent and spent enough time to uncover and address any issues.

I would never recommend this dentist to anyone. The work they did on my teeth was absolutely terrible, and I’ve been in pain ever since my visit. Instead of feeling cared for, I felt rushed and dismissed the whole time. They don’t treat their patients with the respect or professionalism you would expect from a healthcare provider. It honestly felt like they were more focused on getting me out the door than actually helping me. If you value your dental health, I suggest you stay far away from this place.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This has been the worst dental experience I’ve ever had. The dentist is careless, unprofessional, and clearly does not take pride in her work. Not only did she do a poor job, but I left feeling worse than when I came in. She rushed through everything, didn’t take the time to explain what was going on, and seemed more interested in getting me out the door than actually helping me. I honestly wouldn’t recommend this dentist to anyone — save yourself the frustration, time, and money.

They will give you oral exams very frequently almost every time you're in and insurance does not cover it. They have no desire to learn about your name or you as an individual

Failed root canal in 1 1/2 year. Abscess started happening at the base of the root. Unfortunately when I had the root canal done this was the only dentist my insurance would accept and I was in pain. Initially It seemed well then later had some issues with that area of tooth and went to a different endodontist. He was surprised looking at the ct scan to see abscess on a tooth on which root canal was performed just 1-1/2 years back. I now have to get it drained and healed. :(. I have had a couple of root canals in the past but never a single failure except at this place.
