Broken Arrow Dental and Implants

I’m very pleased with the Broken Arrow Dental and Implants group. I have had great success in having the Invisalign in straightening my teeth for a year now. I was very surprised of how fast they straightened my teeth. They have a very good professional group that worked very well with me during this time since 2024. I recommend this dentistry group if you’re looking to keep up with the maintenance of your teeth and health. 👍

I love the staff! They are super friendly and helpful. I have been going here for several years. The cleanings are thorough, and I love my hygienist! The dentist shoots me straight and has done really great work. He answers all my questions and has a great chair side manner! My mouth is in good hands-Good people! 🌸🌸🌸

Dr Anderson is always kind and professional and those qualities carry over to other aspects of his practice in how amazing each of his staff members are. I experienced very poor service at this dental practice. I was referred here by my previous dentist, who stopped accepting my insurance provider; otherwise, I wouldn’t have switched. Unfortunately, it seems they were not aware that the practice had just been sold. My initial visits went smoothly with no issues, and I was assigned to a female doctor at that time. However, I understand she has since left the practice, and that is when I began to encounter problems. My appointments were rescheduled multiple times. While rescheduling once isn’t a big deal, having it happen again—and again—became frustrating. For my most recent appointment, I had to reschedule due to an unexpected medical event just two days prior, and I explained my situation at that time. Fast forward to today: I arrived for my appointment and waited 10 minutes past my scheduled time. When the hygienist finally came to get me, she informed me that my usual hygienist was running late and that she would be filling in. I wasn’t upset by this; I just wanted to have my teeth cleaned. Once in the room, during the routine pre-cleaning process, I mentioned the health issue that had led to my last reschedule. After checking with the doctor, I was informed that he couldn’t treat me for six months. This meant wasting two hours of my day because they hadn’t noted my condition properly or scheduled me accordingly. Additionally, I have concerns about a specific tooth, but there was no offer to do a quick examination or to reschedule me efficiently. While the staff is pleasant, it is clear that the office is poorly managed.

Excellent service. The dentist, hygienist, and technician were so friendly. They explained everything and were extremely gentle. I have never received such wonderful dental care as I did here today.
