Divine Dental Works

I am have been coming to this dentist for several years now, but this is my last straw. I have been pushed around from dentist to dentist in the practice without notice of any change. I feel as if I am always getting a new bill after I have been quoted to which a bill in the mail is always a surprise. On 10/20, I went in for a regular cleaning and got a new person. They picked and picked at my teeth to where I left with a space in between my teeth that I did not have before. I called the next day to let them know. When they checked it out, they did tell me that there was something missing from that spot, which confirmed my suspicion. They advised me it needed a filling and I asked for them to do it free, since I didn’t ever have a problem before. As soon as I asked, I got a new story and said they would not cover it. Now today; I received yet another bill when I already paid while I was in the office. I am very frustrated at this point, pouring more and more money into new charges. I will be looking for a new dentist in this new year, one that will be up front with me about cost before scheduling, and one that will not move me around like an unvalued patient. To be completely honest and fair, the only reason I have stayed with them so long and put up with so much is because I had the best hygienist in the world. She has recently moved on, so I think I will also. I am very disappointed in the most recent events that have occurred which had made my decision for me. I hope that others don’t have the same issues I have had, I wish the best for everyone, but it’s time to part ways!

Every time I’ve come to Divine Dental I’ve received wonderful service with a kind smile from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. Dr. Clark’s office has grown which is awesome and I’ve seen Dr. Culbertson twice and I appreciate his knowledge and readiness to help me! I’ve also see the same dental hygienist, Ellen, for a few years and I appreciate her professionalism and kindness. Also their "Proposed Treatment Plan" gives me a rough estimate on what my insurance "might pay" and what "might" be my portion. All around a wonderful dentist office!

I absolutely love Ellen. She has taken care of me for years, and she knows exactly where my teeth are sensitive and does everything she can to make me feel comfortable. I trust her completely!

Dr. Clarke and her team are great. The entire team is professional and friendly, putting you at ease when you walk in. Dr. Clarke takes the time to explain everything and you know she genuinely cares for the long term health of her patients. I’ve always felt well cared for anytime I’ve had to go in and I’m grateful that BA has a trustworthy dental practice in our community.

My family and I love Divine Dental. Everyone is so friendly and we are always well taken care of. I highly recommend them for your whole family. We see Dr. Clarke and love her and all of her hygenists and assistants. The front office ladies are so welcoming too.

I LOVE Divine Dental Works! Ellen is the best hygienist ever and seriously does an amazing job every single time. She is thorough, knowledgeable, and personable. She takes the time to get to know her patients and their needs and pays very close attention to their treatment plan. Dr. Clarke is also extremely thorough and friendly. She has helped me a lot with stress management, gum irritation treatment, and oral hygiene persistence. Dr. Culbertson is great too! He filled some cavities I had awhile back and it was quick and painless. He has a great sense of humor as well. Every staff member here is top-tier and welcoming. I have never had anything but positive experiences here, and I actually look forward to going to the dentist!

It had been well over 25 years since I had been to see a dentist. I have this office a lot of credit for the expertise and professionalism. The ladies in that office have a very kind, patient, and loving spirit. Getting an appointment may require some time, but the wait is well worth it. I'd like to thank Ms. Ellen Reynolds for taking care of Deep Cleaning and also thanks to Julie and Annie (front desk receptionists) for their part in making my experience as pleasant as possible. Keep up the great work!
