Peter Kwon, D.D.S. Complete Dental Care of Bethesda

I have been a patient at Complete Dental Care of Bethesda for over 7 years. Their staff is professional, friendly, and have consistently provided excellent care for me and my family. I have never felt unappreciated or rushed, and I always receive excellent care from their doctors. I recently got married, and they went above and beyond to help me with teeth whitening service so that I could look my best for me special day! Highly recommended!

I was in the area paying a visit in the building where this business is associated. Upon my way out I figured I'd stop in. My son was with me and I wanted to inquire on services and to potentially arrange an appointment. I don't know where things went wrong but the lady that was helping me was extremely rude and unhelpful. I can't remember her name. However she had dark brown hair and some tattoos, I'm not one to usually write reviews, but I felt inclined to do so after my experience with this woman. Not once in my 58 years of life. Have I ever had someone talk down to me and treat me as unforgiving in a medical office, I think the nail in the coffin was when she belittled me for my skin color (I'm white) by her telling me that because I'm white I feel that I'm entitled to the first available appointment for my son. All I had asked is what's the first available appointment that I could grab. I don't know how me walking into a dental clinic to make an appointment for my son turned into a staff member belittling me, in front of my son Mind you, and turning my inquiry into hate and shaming me for being white? Sorry, but this will not be a clinic I revisit

I went to Dr Kwon to get a second opinion on my crown that my dentist said was loose. He did agree that it needed to be replaced and not only does it look even better than before but he beat the my original quoted price significantly. Highly recommend

I’ve been coming to this clinic for a while and never imagined I’d be writing a review like this. I just recently found out about Jessica at the front desk and how truly unhinged and unstable she can be. Looking back, it explains the erratic and cold way she’s treated me and other patients but I never realized it was this bad. It’s deeply unsettling to know someone like that is the first person. Patient have to deal with when they walk in. I can’t in good conscience keep coming here knowing Jessica represents this clinic. Management really needs to address this before it drives away more patients.

I would highly recommend Complete Dental Care of Bethesda. I have been seeing Drs. Peter and Crystal Kwon for years, and have always received the best care. Their staff is top-natch. I really appreciate that they open at 7am so I can set an appointment without having to take time off of work. While their hours say "select Saturday only", when I had a dental emergency, they made sure they were open on that Saturday so I could be seen.

I would caution anyone who wants to come to this practice. I’ve never had cavities in my life. After two visits here, I was told by Dr. Kwon’s wife that I had four cavities. Needless to say I was very alarmed and upset. She literally laughed at me and walked away, leaving her hygienist to do the explaining. I went to another dentist’s office for a second opinion with the X-rays provided by Dr. Kwon’s office and was told that my teeth are pristine and I have no cavities PLUS the x-rays do not show any cavities.

I have been going to them for years, Dr. Kwon and Dr. Carpenter are outstanding in their care and concern for their patients. I give my strongest recommendation to their practice to anyone who needs a new dentist!
