Staff puts you at ease. From arriving to leaving, it was a pleasure. Kiana was absolutely wonderful, and we felt taken care of. Dr was excellent, very thorough and explained the procedure and what to expect with much detail. To our surprise we left comfortable and completely trusting of the doctor and staff in this very difficult jaw placement surgery my daughter needs.

I had a bad experience with a dentist the day before I was seen here. They got me in the very next day for a consultation. Dr Lane was kind and honest. I had been told by my DDS I needed an extraction, and at minimum a bone graft and partial plate. I didn’t have another $2900.00 for those as I was already paying almost $800.00 for crown removal and pain block and gingivectomy on one tooth. She tried to tell me I needed a She also claimed the tooth had 4 roots so would be difficult. Dr Lane at Rockcliff told me I did not have to have anything else done after the molar extraction, and you can’t see how many roots there are by X-ray. Must have a CT scan to be accurate. Instead of only 1 option for sedation offered me at my DDS this office has several options. Turns out the tooth had 2 roots. The procedure went well and they called the next day to check on me. The cost was not exorbitant. I definitely recommend this office and Dr Lane.

My experience here could not have been better. From the time I entered the door until I left it was a great experience. The oral surgeon and his assistant were very courteous, honest, and knowledgeable. The gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision with my care. The folks at the front desk made scheduling easy as well. I highly recommend this practice to anyone in need of these types of services.

Very professional. The doctor sat down and spoke with me. Never "hurried" the appointment. Reviewed the X-ray and discussed treatment options. Very thorough and welcomed input from me. A very good experience.

Last year I had an issue while attempting to get my daughter’s wisdom teeth removed. Dr. Lane listened to my 16 year old about her medical history over myself and caused me to have to pay Rockcliff for half of the costs up until the actual surgery and then pay another oral surgeon to take out my daughters teeth. Today, I went to take my daughter for a routine cleaning at her dentist and was asked about said medical history that NEVER HAPPENED at her regular dentist. So it has now been brought to my attention that she is spreading lies about my daughter’s medical history even after being told by me that it was inaccurate. I will be contacting an attorney at this point to see what can be done legally. She has given my daughter a stigma in the medical field that is totally inaccurate that will follow her around in to her adult years. Her arrogance and know it all mentality needs to be stopped. I would not use Rockcliff Oral Surgery for any procedure if they paid me.

I have had three visits to Rockcliff and each one was great. Dr. Logan is the man. Him and his team made sure I was comfortable and fully informed about all my treatments. They’ve done amazing work and I am very happy with my implant. Shout out to the front desk crew they’re also amazing, friendly and professional!

The doctor I saw at Rockcliff was very enthusiastic and informative, and I liked him very much and booked my oral surgery with him. In addition, every staff member that I encountered was very nice and helpful—I would highly recommend this center!!!
