Great care Alli came in wanting implants and for some reason they couldn’t do them for 5000 dollars they should be talking to me really. Tell people before they pay aspen dental 5000. They have a wonderful lady working there named Jami with a great bedside manner. Very easy to help you out, and stand by you when a small procedure is being done. Thank you Jamie for helping me through the procedure. They are lucky to have you……Aspen so better!

Professional, Courteous, and so very helpful. Made my day! Megan the office manager, was more concerned with my welfare than my wallet, Diana the Uad was thorough in her informations and instructions, Tania the assistant was sweet and extremely caring, and Dr Lulu was quick, kind and very gentle. after being treated as a number at many other places, this place and people within restored my faith in humanity. Thank you guys so much!!

Pleasant surprise. Truth is I liked Aspen Dental better than my "local" dentist. Maybe the employer is national but the employees are all locals and it has a real friendliness feel. You have an emergency- they’ll work you in but still charge you a reasonable fee. There are some standout employees like front desk, X-ray tech and payment counselor. Dr. Lulu knows her stuff.

I became a new patient and Katie the hygienist had a last minute cancellation and was able to fit me in. She explained everything and showed interest in my conversation. It didn’t feel rushed, I felt at home. Her assistants Vanessa and Dinora were so kind and played amazing music!

Cannot say enough good things about my experience here, and it is all thanks to Vanessa. Every time I walk through those doors in pain, she knows exactly how to fix what’s hurting and she does it with a genuine smile that immediately puts me at ease. Going through the denture process can be incredibly overwhelming and, honestly, a little scary. Vanessa is so knowledgeable and kind; she takes her time explaining every single step of the journey. I never feel rushed or like "just another patient." She truly makes me feel safe and cared for.

The care I received at Aspen Dental was way beyond what I had gotten at the budget denture place I had gone to before. The technology they used to make my partial was much more advanced and as a result I now have the best-fitting and nearly undetectable partial that looks completely like a real tooth. Vanessa took great care to explain everything to me and more importantly, she took the time needed for me to explain exactly what I wanted . Dr Lulu was awesome as well and discovered something important my primary dentist had overlooked, that required attention. And they were very personable and kind. Beth Anne at the front desk especially. It cost me a little more than the budget place but worth every penny, and they gave me a much better warrantee as well. Plus, the place feels clean, relaxed, and well run. I was very relieved to have had such a good experience with them and would go there again if needed.

I had an awesome experience with ASPEN DENTAL, in Asheville NC today. OMGOODNESS, these people are precious, so caring to make sure I'm okay. I'm not good with names, but I was greeted with a beautiful smile from the lady that checked me in, then the assistant that took the xrays and additional medical information was so sweet and caring. The wait to see Dr Lu was good, and Dr Lu was very informative with the procedure that I want to have done. For my check out, I met with Candace and she explained the billing, and i was very pleased with that. My whole experience was awesome. I highly recommend this dental clinic. I'm from Asheville, NC and I give them 💯 rating. These people are really nice, professional, take your fears away, they give hugs and compliments.
