I am happy that I have found such a great dentist like Dr. Shawna Hoffert. I was referred to her by a dental specialist I was seeing. I asked him to recommend one of the best dentist in Asheville as I was looking for an Asheville dentist. He gave me two names. I called them both. The office staff with Red Maple Dental were so pleasant when I called, I decided to go with Dr. Hoffert. It was a great decision. She is a highly skilled dentist., and makes you feel very comfortable.

I love how everyone is so friendly and welcoming. However I did not appreciate the dentist accidentally stabbing my mouth. I was unsure to leave a review because I didn’t think of it being a big deal but I thought others should know when the dentist is distracted they can miss and stab your mouth with a sharp tool and making it bleed while counting your teeth as they don’t need to stab my teeth while counting them either. Most of my visits have been great, but my last one made me have trust issues of going back again.

I just finished getting a perfect upper frontal implant which Dr. Hoffert performed. Through every procedure, Dr. Hoffert is confident, extremely knowledgeable, and personable. Updates to equipment and procedures have been introduced consistently within my 7 years of appointments. Her staff and assistants are always welcoming and helpful, providing an office that feels comfortable and safe. You immediately notice their sincere care for you. Look no further, you’ve found an excellent dentist and staff!

Dr Hoffert is very compassionate and skilled. She doesn't pressure you to do any treatment. You are told what needs to be taken care of and the urgency. Very upfront with the cost of each procedure as well. The office staff is friendly and very helpful. You can call and actually talk with someone. An excellent practice. Thank you!!

First time here and everyone was super accommodating and friendly! Beautiful office and all of the staff was very knowledgeable. They checked things that I usually would have to bring up myself in the past in order to get addressed, which I was pleasantly surprised about. They were upfront about my out of pocket cost for the visit and what it was for, as well as for future procedures I might need done, too. 10/10 highly recommend!

All of the staff here are so friendly. Me and my sons come here. They are very accommodating to my hectic schedule. Front desk staff are so helpful. Overall great team. Highly recommend
