My last name has changed to Stephanie Duarte but same person… anyway I wanna give a big shoutout to everyone that I saw Monday Dec 8th . I called for a tooth emergency and they got me in the only dentist office who squeezed me in this morning and saved my life. Yall are amazing. From Jill the hygienist nurse to the dentist himself and the two amazing lady’s up front . Everyone was so nice and supportive of my situation to get me through this day, And helped me get my surgery scheduled and payment plan set up as well they were so friendly and supportive . So here’s a big shoutout to the best dentist office in Asheville y'all are amazing! You’ll See me again a regular patient for sure …

The Doctors and staff at Asheville Dental Associates consistently provide me with impeccable treatment, excellent care, and clear communication of the treatment plan and billing process. I can’t recommend them enough. Great provider group.

I am so impressed with ADA. I have a terrible phobia of dentists to the point I have panic attacks. But from the call to schedule an appointment to the end of that appointment, everyone I encountered was absolutely wonderful. For the first time in my life I made it through a dentist appointment with no panic attack or tears. I left with a huge smile & a relief of knowing I had finally found my dentist office! Holly was so kind & patient with me. She took time to listen to me & helped me through my fears. Dr. Abbott was gentle & kind. Both were very thorough & knowledgeable. I just can't say enough good things about the staff here at Asheville Dental Associates & for once I am looking forward to improving my smile

This was my first time here! It had been a while since I'd been to a dentist so I wasn't looking forward to it, but it was great. I've never had so much fun at a dentist's office before. Lol. Jill was my hygienist and she's awesome! Very thorough and caring and makes like jokes that made me laugh. Also there were silly dog and cat videos in the background which I loved. The dentist was so sweet too! She had Jill take photos of the teeth I need fillings on so I could see the problem areas and I thought that was so cool. Never had a dentist do that before. I love when people explain things like that. Seriously 12/10 y'all are great 💖 found my new spot!

Hygienist and all the staff are 5/5 stars, however if you ever need a filling I would not come near here with a 10 foot pole. I got a filling done and had to go back 3x for them to get it done right. First time, my bite so insanely off. Second time, the filling started moving every time I flossed. Third time I got a 3 min check to confirm said filling was moving. Fourth time, my mouth is currently throbbing bc the last dentist the put me with was so rough. I am afraid of what it will be like after anesthesia wears off. I came here because of the good reviews. I wish someone would have been honest with me. I had no pain or issues prior to them drilling into my teeth. Now it’s been never ending since they did. This is the review I wish I would have seen.

I've recommended ADA to all of my neighbors. I no longer dread going to the dentist! Dr. Abbott and staff are first rate.

All the ladies at the front desk were amazingly helpful and so caring while assisting me with expense of my needed service ..Carolyn went above and beyond to help me find and fill out the necessary paperwork to be able to afford service. I came in financially stressed and left with joy in my heart and a smile on my face. Thank you for your time and care
