Walmart Supercenter

I wish more Walmarts were like this one. I was genuinely impressed by the modern decor, the clean and well-organized aisles, and the friendly staff. Everything felt welcoming and maintained to a very high standard.

Did my first online order with pickup. Arrived early so went inside. Few weeks ago, we got a new puppy late at night so we stopped by to get a collar. Mind you, 5 lbs and in our arms. At the door the employee refused to let us in as we had the puppy. Today just inside the front doors in view of their door nazi.. low and behold, there in produce is an adult, non-service animal on the floor. If you're going to have the policy, make it across the board instead of singling out people. It was entirely embarrassing to me and pissed me off because we OFTEN see non-service animals in that store. Also, whoever installed your pickup signs needs glasses. Which spot do I park in for 3 or 2? Asinine.

Totally updated store. Very confusing but looks good. Lots of fun stuff. Miss Rachel and Amy (ladies clothes/ dressing rooms) are amazing. Amy suggested a bunch of stuff and I bought most of it!!! Got to listen to a fight that was going on from the dressing room area but other than that ...

Hey walnart why dont you put more ppl on cleaning these disgusting bathrooms like you do following ppl around seeing if they are stealing. Gross

Walmart was okay, but could be improved. The employers aren't always as friendly or helpful as you would think and some prices are a little high, but other than that it was okay

I lost a screw from my glasses and was helped by Joanna at the Franklin store. She replaced the screw and cleaned the glasses. She was very friendly and helpful. If you need help with purchasing glasses I recommend that work with Joanna.

I was profiled at this location. Walmart employees followed me around the store as well as into the bathroom. One litterally sat in the stall next to mine the entire time until I finished my business. Which was almost 20 minuted long. What I believe was another employee walked back and forth around the stalls seeming to try and peek inside of the one I was in before exiting. The one in the stall hurried out of his just before I stepped out the stall, looked me up and down through the mirror as I walked up to the sinks and said nothing when I called him out for suspecting I was a shoplifter. Then continued and followed to the front of the store. It made me feel extremely uncomfortable when I did nothing wrong. Will be filing an official complaint.
