*Store is very disorganized the workers dont have any customers service social skills I was In Here a hr and only got ask for help once and the rest of the time I was followed spend $9 came to actually spend more but forget it I’ll find another 1 all the hair is all over the place you might find a shelf with matching hair or spend a hour looking around like I did and when I tried look behind the counter I was stalked then COULDNT see the hair or prices ridiculous I won’t be back

Not really product knowledgeable but you can get what you need and they were cautiously friendly but, VERY HELPFUL. Cluttered. Older store.

Cashier is always helpful and if I can’t what I need they are very helpful and courteous

I shopped at this store for years, even before I moved to Waco in 06, I was coming 35 miles to shop here, loved it, until the management changes here lately. My first rudeness came from a young girl standing behind the counter, I guess she was helping her mom , she started being being funny by making wolf wolf noises like a dog, making sarcastic jesters about my lashes, I went ahead and paid for my items, and really wanted to say something, but I left out and told my husband what happened and said I wasn't going in there anymore. Well I went back on my word decided to give them another try, I hadn't been in there in awhile, I went in yesterday to get some earrings out of the locked case , there's always 3 different pair I faithfully buy, I asked the clerk could I get some earrings out of the case? She stood there and asked me, do u know what kind u want, I told her Yes, walked over to the case and stood there, the younger lady and the older lady stood there in a conversation among each other ignoring me, I asked again, no one moved, so I politely walked out, and this time o will not be returning, ever rudeness came from a young girl standing behind the counter I guess

I always find everything we need here and at a great price!!

Everything you can think of beauty related is here. It's a small building but jam packed. Very neat but packed from the front door with earrings,necklaces,bracelets,makeup,,braids ( all kinds and colors) and braid accessories . Also hair products such as perms,grease,spray,gels, conditioners,blow dryers,flat irons . Across the top on most all sides are human hair wigs as well as synthetics all clearly priced. Also non prescription colored contacts. There is only one problem here,where the heck is the help ??? Was in here a while and so were a few other people and had to hunt down workers. I know it's a fun place to be but stay up front when that little bell rings when someone comes in. This place gets a 10 because if you cant find it here,it just done exist.
