I love Faith, she is a very sweet lady. Every time I go into the store she helps me find everything I need. I have been a reliable customer for 4 years. Never had any trouble or bad behavior from any staff there. Keep up the great works Faith!!!

On Saturday my husband and I went to buy him some T-shirts. Only store in town to supposedly carry his size. 5x or 5xlt. We found several he liked . The lady that runs this store kept telling us "No don't open". This should have been the first red flag. . So we went ahead and purchased and took them home and he tried one on. Fits more like 3x instead of 5x or xlt. When I tried to return the items I was informed that they do not give refunds and could only do a store credit or exchange. This is wrong on all levels. If you can't try on a item before you leave the store, please make a hasty exit. It is ashamed to see people treated like this. Other than the store credit we had to take I will never step back into this store. They solely depend on the black community to stay in bussiness. If you are a white person with ties to the black community, that is the only reason you would walk in this store. If you are a black person I would not spend my money in this store. There are other places besides Faiths.

Even though I've been going to Faith's for a few years, I always feel like I'm being watched when I go in. Usually I try to get in and out as quickly as possible. Their selection of braiding hair is decent, but there aren't many choices as far as color. They do have a nice selection of wigs and will even help you put one on if needed. The owner is pretty knowledgeable of different hair products. You can't take pictures of their products, so it's best to try to know what you need before you go.

I like going because Faith is so friendly and helpful. I had to run in there on my son's Graduation day to find me the perfect wig, because I had left my PERFECT,AWESOME wig back home in Dallas. I was in a rush and in my feelings. But Faith tried to keep me calm and we found a suitable wig. It wasn't perfect but it was good and worked out pretty good. So sometimes prices are a bit high, but she will work with you and you can't beat GREAT CUSTOMER service. So I will continue to give her my business.

The lady was pushy , store was not a clean and atmosphere was dull. Prices were ok. No help for someone with little knowledge of the products. Could use a better attitude all the way around. Also they made you feel like you were going to steal from them the whole time you were there. I just had to paid 75 cent for the stocking to try on a wig. Will not return.

Faith has a dry sense of humor so that may be why people have given a bad review. Pay attention folks. She's very funny and knows her stuff! I love this store! I've been to many and prefer this one over all of them! When I walked in the first time, Faith said the name of my hair and the exact color code from across the room and said "come here!" Took me directly to her and showed me a similar and I got both!
