Ash was great and very patient. Of all of the employees working the Sunday opening shift he was one of the only two associates who offered assistance and the one who seemed the most knowledgeable about the products. The store overall was poorly stocked. And there were atleast 3 different products that I couldn’t buy because they did not have my shade/product in stock. I appreciate Ash shopping with me, suggesting products but also being mindful of what I was actually needing. I came in wanting one very specific item but after shopping with him I left with 7 things!

I was looking for the squishmallow perfume today and the lovely Zamrya assisted me! She has excellent customer service and a lovely personality! I hope yall treat her well and I wish her all the good vibes in the world!

Took my daughter to get her first set of highlights this past weekend!! She had Anne as her stylist, and she was AMAZING! I highly recommend her to anyone and everyone! She was so sweet, and kept up with my very talkative kiddo!

Every time I go in here with my million and one questions everyone is always so helpful. Really appreciate it! Im still new to the makeup and self care area and they are making it a smooth journey!!!

wanted to give a big shout out to Ash 🤗 that helped me with my make up today. he was so knowledgeable, thoughtful, personable, and just sweet all around.😁 He really took the time to make sure I had the correct makeup. We ended up laughing at the end which made the visit even better. 😂

Horrible customer service. The cashiers name started with a Z. I couldn’t really see her name but she was incredibly rude. I was trying to redeem a reward with purchase. Sighing loudly as if assisting me was beneath her. I eventually asked to speak to a manager and the manager was very kind and resolved the issue. The original cashier slammed down the reward products and was incredibly rude to my boyfriend snapping at him: "you only get one!" After giving us no instruction on the reward product options or limitations. Ulta, please train your employees on customer service and overall respect towards clients. This is not how I wanted to spend my birthday.

THIS REVIEW IS FOR ULTA WEBSITE NOT LOCAL STORE. Ulta’s technology is a joke. It continues to lag, won’t load making shopping impossible. Rather than worrying about appearance functionality would be more beneficial for business! I ended up exing out before I just gave up. Also wasn’t able to zoom in on pictures.
