I’ll never shop at a Sally’s again. Not only are their prices way high but you don’t really get expert advice. I’ll look things up prior to going in to get an idea and I can’t tell you how often I follow their advice on certain things and with poor results. But more so, their cost is not great. To give you an example, a bottle of their standard Wella toner is $9.99; if you go to Topeka Beauty Supply, that same toner cost me $6.99. Also, their creme developer in the smallest bottle size they have is $4.49, but at the other spot, a 16oz bottle is $2.99. Huge difference. I was told that the T19 would be the best to remove orange tones and sadly it didn’t work for me. I think the staff is friendly but I’ve spent a lot in correcting stuff I thought was good advice.

A little devastated, I door dashed for nights for enough money to dye my hair again for the first time in years, usually did powder but the woman directed me to a creme lightener that did not work at all. Refused to give me a refund or even store credit for the product I originally wanted, despite having the failed test piece of hair, recipet, and all the bottles still in the original bag. Because it wasn't 3/45ths full.... Would you be giving it back out if it was??? That's disgusting of course I wouldn't bring in partially used hair product I need all of the lightener to, oh I don't know, lighten my hair. Now it's sitting in the mixing bowl to be tossed. Left literally crying on my birthday because I was stupid enough to listen to someone else. Will never be coming here again, lost 50 dollars at my lowest and have nothing to show for it.

Lol my son started crying because their hallways are small and he fell and hit his head really hard, a employee with red hair was looking at us like my son was bothering her. I did apoligize to another lady and she was really nice and understood and shared her experience

Went into the store 10 minutes before the Topeka store was closing. The help wasn’t very friendly or helpful. Very obvious they didn’t want us in there because the store was getting ready to close. The young people acting like this need to realize if you don’t have customers, you don’t have a job.

The new women jazmin was upmost helpful...very knowledgeable on products...store is cleaned and organized very well...glad to see a turn around

I was looking for several hair products, but didn't know which brands or type I needed. The friendly employee greeted me at the door even though she was also speaking with another customer. After a few minutes of wandering the aisles, she circled back to me and asked if I needed help. Which I did. She pointed out to me several different brands of what I was looking for and answered knowledgeably about their differing merits. I very much appreciated her help. I do wish that the store had better ways of identifying the products so they are easier to locate. I found a few items and I plan on returning.

I wanted today's to get some hair color and talk to them about some hemp lotion and they had two kinds so the girl told me which one smell better and they were very outgoing and very personable and they allowed me to just ask the questions I needed and they were just so friendly and so nice. I got my products and left feeling good about my experience. Every person that works in a customer service store should be as nice as all the girls in that store
