Biva Beauty Boutique

Hands down the best store I've been to in a long time. Exceptional customer service and the owner is such a sweetheart. Biva has quality products and I've already purchased 3 human wigs here. If I could give this boutique more than 5 stars I would. I found everything I needed and more.

I bought a short wig based on the "model" of the same style I tried on just with a salt & pepper color. I wasn't allowed to try on the actual wig for purchase. Once I was able to try on my new purchase at home, I found that it was shedding - a lot - onto my clothing. I don't live in the same city of Topeka and would have brought it back but life takes over and I was unable to take it back in time. Very patient and helpful staff though.

Maya was incredible! I needed help figuring out what types of products to use on my son’s hair and she got me fixed up! I appreciate her kindness and willingness to help a mom out! Great prices, selection, and thorough service. We’ll be back! Thanks Maya ❤️

I heard there was another hair store in T-town and wanted to check it out. On Friday, Jun 30th at 7p, I stepped into the store for the first time. BJ was there, "the ladies had left for the day". He was honest about not having answers to some of my questions, however, he was friendly, personable, and made sure to let me know the ladies would be there Saturday, Jul 1, when the store opened. I bought what I needed (or so I thought) and left. However, I forgot gel (I planned to braid my hair). Saturday early afternoon, I went back, and met Addy (apologize if not spelled correctly) and her mom. This store is my go to now. There is nothing wrong with the other one I went to. However, I like that it's closer to where I live, and the staff is more knowledgeable about what I need or looking for. No offense, but I'd rather go to a place where the staff has first hand knowledge of the wonderful crazy that is textured, course, ethnic hair whether it is natural, weave, or relaxed. Currently, my hair is 100% natural (not that it matters, LOL). I asked about a grease I use, it wasn't at their store. However, Addy assured me she would check with her supplier, and order some if able. I appreciated that immensely. Yes, it is a smaller store, but the quality surpasses quantity every time. Thank you
