Walmart Supercenter

The store itself is pretty crowded but the people are very nice. The partners Walmart chooses are the opposite of reputable. They put out products that blatantly lie on the packaging knowing that we are helpless against it, and most people will be like me and buy it just in case it's not a lie. When it comes to Wrangler brand and a lot of their name brands in the store, it's all lies for their marketing to work better.

It saddens me to give this review, but Walmart staff really acted unacceptably today. Apparently, there was a problem with the availability of manned registers (a common problem at many Walmarts) so myself and many others were waiting in line at self-checkout. Towards the end of the line, this store's staff allowed other customers to cut me, not once but twice. The first time it happened, I was at the very end of the line and one associate - a young black lady - opened up a register and took a customer behind me. I started to speak up, but did not wish to make a scene. I probably could have let this one time go, but, unfortunately, I was cut again minutes later. An elderly lady was allowed - by a young Hispanic lady - to outright cut me and was explicitly led to a self checkout register ahead of me in spite of the fact that I was already waiting in line ahead of her. Again, I started to speak up, but I did not wish to make a scene, especially when the customer being allowed to cut was a senior citizen. When a new self-checkout register opened, I wasn't even acknowledged by the associate calling out for customers - a lighter-skinned young black lady - despite standing right there at the front of the line with my groceries. I would like to think that this was an accident, but how could I be missed standing right there waiting to checkout? Furthermore, even if it was an accident, a store cannot allow accidents like this to happen. Simply unacceptable. Those associates need to learn to take notice of and help ALL customers.

The bakery is absolutely outstanding!!!! Jernice and Jennifer were amazing! Jernice went out of her way to make sure our son got his donuts for his school birthday even when the oven broke. She added custom sprinkles. Jennifer found me a cookie cake, when they were completely out and decorated it beautifully while still frozen! It held up too! I highly recommend this bakery because these bakers really are fantastic and go above and beyond!

If I could give it a half a stare I would 😒. I presded the button to get something that was locked up. I waited 15 minutes for help to get baby formula. And after those 15 minutes i pressed the button again and still no one came. After 10 more minutes of waiting i gave up. I Never got the formula because no one came to help.

So I have to start this off by saying the rating is not about the employees of this location. Not even the management This is a two star review because they lock up things like mens underwear, socks, shoes, and other does not make sense to lock up and treat like it's made of gold. The LEGO is not locked behind glass because you can reach around. And no one can be found in electronics but I think that has to do with low staffing.

Always an inconvenience to go to Walmart, NOT ENOUGH HANDICAP OT ADA PARKING SPOTS. Always I have to park 7-10 cars away. It is very hard to walk with the rollator that long distance.

I waited 30 mins to finally be told that noone, including the manager on duty, couldn't come and cut fabric. How hard is it to cut a bolt of fabric. The service here is awful. I've already stopped buying groceries from here, because things had gotten so bad. After this, I'm not coming back.
