Everytime I come to this ulta location, there are issues with not only the customer service but the experience overall. I wouldn’t recommend this location to a single individual, go to the royal oak location which is far more pleasant and professional. Update: When I was in this Ulta, I was told straight up and down that I couldn’t use a gift card because I didn’t have the pin. I knew that was a lie because it could’ve been ran as credit, but they made me get on the gift card’s website to do all these steps/registration that wasn’t necessary, ultimately to no avail. I was at the register for nearly 20 minutes. I called the card when I got home, and they told me they should’ve just ran it as credit. I came to another location and had absolutely no issues at all.

I don’t know the name of this employee, but I am a Platinum member who shops at Ulta regularly. i have never experienced the level of disrespect I did today. She laughed in my face over a $6 coupon i had, and the interaction was completely unprofessional. Won’t be coming back

This location is UNPROFESSIONAL. Sephora just gained a customer! Ulta really dropped the ball on my pick up order. They gave me the tester instead of the actual product, which is so unprofessional and gross. How do you work for the company yet pack up the tester in an order pickup? They clearly don’t know how to do their job. Now I have to go out of my way to go back to the store and get a new one. Talk about wasting my time!

Reflecting on a bittersweet visit to Ulta Beauty with my God Sis Crystal a month ago as Mother’s Day loomed closer, our hearts heavy with the recent losses of our moms. Amidst the sorrow, the Estee Lauder makeover and our thoughtful purchases brought a moment of light. The gift of a makeup bag, selfie stick, and Estée Lauder skincare added a touch of brightness to our days. As we navigated through memories and emotions, the spirit of Mother’s Day felt poignant yet comforting. Adding to our mix of emotions, we found ourselves in Michigan during the NFL draft buzz in Downtown Detroit, a blend of sorrow and city excitement that made the weekend unforgettable.

Jessica and Terry are the best!!!! My friends and I went for some shopping and all of us needed some help with color matching and other products. They were so patient with us, friendly and verrrry knowledgeable. We each were able to find what we needed and then some! Definitely ask for Jessica and Terry for all your makeup and skin product needs. 😁

If you're in search of excellent customer service...then this is the place! The lovely Gabby (pictured) is the epitome of patience mixed with a double dose of sweetness 💕. She took the necessary time to find, and apply the appropriate beauty regimen. Hands down..Thumbs up!!!

Omg this is my new favorite branch !!! So glad they opened. The staff is beyond helpful. The setup is so clean and spacious. A very special thank you to Sarah she helped my sister and I. She was so kind and welcoming. Will definitely be back just because of her
