Not that friendly and helpful at all, no hello upon entering feeled like l was being watched cameras everywhere needed assistance no one to ask. Went to counter she was busy eating her lunch and was looking bothered. I wanted to buy a wig but l didn't like the vibe l was getting, also prices were pretty high.

Great customer service and they had hand sanitizer/plastic gloves! I forgot about face masks, but, they probably had those too!

I could NOT believe when I walked in here and seen Ebin basic edge control for 8.99!!! They can go to hell! Guaranteed to be the highest beauty supply you ever been to! Only shopped here for convenience, that was the last straw..price gauging at its finest and unfriendly at that ..

As an out-of-town visitor I am happy to say that out of all the beauty supplies I have been in throughout the Detroit area Ocean Beauty Supply was really a delight to experience. Lee was very very helpful from the phone call the day before to the assisting when we came into the store Ocean Beauty Supply have a great amount of variety of items that a woman, or Man would need to take care of themselves and their hair. So I give Ocean Beauty Supply two 👍👍thumbs up.

Workers are nice but owner is terrible. This place does not have a wide selection, products are old and over priced. They do not offer professional discounts or appreciate black business. I have only have spent my money here for convenience and every time I regret it. Just go to one of the Hollywood Beauty Supply locations or the new one west of 8 and Evergreen.

I always go there , it's one of my favorite beauty supply stores. They have whatever I'm looking for , I know I can probably find it there.

This place is fairly new. Honestly if Walmart sells anything you need you should get it there because it'll be cheaper. They charge more than other nearby beauty supplies.
