HORRIBLE experience! I'm new to this city... I went in for my birthday wanting a wig , I had already picked the two wigs that I wanted each of them over $100.. Management said I could try them on but then refused because there was no one else working in the store. As I was trying to better understand what she was saying to me as her English isn't clear, she walks away from the conversation ..Mind you there's no other customers in the store for her to tend to.. very rude poor management skills..

Love this store! They noticed that I always buy a certain brand of nails and they offered to order more to continue accommodating me. I will continue to support them!

My favorite beauty supply store to shop at, its close to home. The store is very neat and organized and overall the staff is amazing as well very helpful when it comes to helping you find products you need.

Rude customer service. I called and a lady talking about hse has a customer ended for in my face and we wasn't finish with conversation.
