Untrustworthy. This company is opening box sets and only sending pieces of the original sets PLUS hiking up prices much more than competitors. I ordered two sets of The Therapy First Serum. Each order is supposed to come with green tea cotton pads to be used in conjunction with the serum for best results. I received the serum but none of the cotton pads. Hoping this was an honest mistake, I contacted customer service. No response. Followed up again and again yet no response. Never will I buy from this shady company again. Update: After writing this review, someone finally contacted me and sent me the green tea cotton pads. Although I appreciate that, I’d rather order from another company.

I love this store there are always sales going on. I do wish they had a lot more products though but I guess its better than paying the shipping and handling, then waiting for weeks for the things I buy here online. There's also testers for about all their products so that's always a plus. Overall great store!

oh my goodness I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! The makeup is high quality for a reasonable price, the brushes as well. The eye shadow blend very well, I have 3 of their eye shadow pallets, the blush pallet, and the a lot of their brushes. I love this place.

This place is just riding the K-Pop Beauty crazy. For such a large store it has a very small spread out selection. Their fabric masks are way over priced, and like the other k-beauty stores, they offer stupid deals like buy 10 masks get 10 free. If you indulge you might find yourself hitting your wallet harder than you intended.

Great Tonymoly products. Nice sheet masks. The men's section has good choices. Korean skin & beauty products are highly researched, progressive, sophisticated, natural, & effective. I am making the switch from Bliss, EO, Hermes, Kiel's, & Clinique to K beauty and skin care. It's the wave of the future.

Not too well stocked. We had hoped for more selections in the K-Pop world of beauty. Would shop other places, next trip.

Excited to go here but products were way overpriced and didn’t seem worth it much to pay that much. Also, it’s a big shop but doesn’t seem to have much here.
