I had an excellent experience with Elsa last week. I'm 50 and have lost a lot of weight over the past year so my skin is sagging. She took the time to source the perfect products for me, explain new techniques and gave tips on how to help my skin. Though I don't live locally, I'll be ordering more online!

Do not buy from this store. I got red pimples all over my face after using a serum I bought from them, even though I’ve used a snail serum before and it worked perfectly for my skin. I had to stay home for a few days, washing my face and using products to calm it down. When I went back to return or at least exchange it, they refused, saying there are no returns or exchanges under any condition if the package is open. That’s extremely unfair how they didn’t offer any help or solution after a product they are selling in their store caused a skin reaction. They also don’t tell you about this no return policy upfront there’s only a small sign that’s hard to notice and hard to read. Be aware before buying from this place! You can buy skincare from other places that treat their customers with more respect and actually care about the quality they are selling to people.

They have great and variety selections of Asian cosmetics and skin, body care products. However, Customer service is not really friendly and welcoming. I usually get my masks here and shampoo when need it. They also have some special collection perfume for Asia country.

Today at 8/31/2025 at 1:35pm-2pm the lady at the cash register was rude and giving my friend mean glares when we just wanted to buy makeup products then she rudely got mad when we didn’t see her have the money and waved it in our faces which made us really upset but we didn’t say anything, there was another girl who looked around 12 years old gave us weird looks and talked to the cashier and started giggling as if they were gossiping about us, and I don’t believe she worked there from how she looked and dress but I don’t want to assume. When we left and waited for our other friends they glared at us from outside the window as if we did something wrong. We never did anything wrong and were looking around like others. We didn’t yell,cause attention to us or anything. We just simply wanted to buy products that we wanted.

The younger girl there was very rude and unhelpful, like other reviews have mentioned, the kind of place that makes you feel that you are being a problem by shopping there. Prices are also very high (3x the price of online, we got scammed lol), shop online instead or a place that will value your $. There are lots of other small businesses that will.

I love Asian cosmetics! Here I buy the Japanese and Korean cream for a face. They have a good masks for face and a lot of cosmetic

I have been going to Candy Doll for over 4 years, especially the stones town location. I have been going to Post Street recently due to proximity, but the difference in customer service between ST and here is very apparent. First, the knowledge is not as helpful nor thorough here. I had multiple questions the Sales Associate had to go Google or ask a coworker for insight. Second, I spend - on average - over $150, so when I ask for samples, which I shouldn’t even have to, I expect to be treated well. The Sales Associate put TWO sample packets. Honestly, it was so disrespectful and not a way to retain loyal customers. I will not shop at this location again.
