I had such a great experience at Ella Beauty! As soon as I walked in, Crystal greeted me with a warm welcome and made me feel immediately taken care of. I was looking forward a necklace and wasn’t sure which one to choose, but she was incredibly helpful from start to finish. She guided me right to the section I needed and walked me through the different options, helping me pick the perfect shade. Her knowledge and patience made the whole process super easy. This store has a great variety of beauty products, especially nail items. They carry trendy, high-quality brands, which keeps me coming back. The prices are good, and I love that when I mention a product I need, they make sure to have it ready for me the next time I visit. I used to go to their City Base location often, but this one is closer, newly opened, and feels very clean and well-organized. i'm really happy with this store and plan to keep coming back.

Kati is amazing and has great recommendations, and clearly knows her stuff by that beautiful hair! I have visited this location twice now and the customer service is amazing as well from everyone! Greeted as soon as I walked in the door of course with a smile. I was looking for my normal pink, but this intrigued me, and because my hair is so light naturally, it took incredibly beautifully!!!! Didn't stain my skin, scalp, or counters, and I make a mess when I do my hair! It smells amazing after, and my hair is incredibly silky and smooth with zero damage! I have very thin fine hair, so I have to be careful. Picture is showing it a little pinker than it actually, is, it's more of a black cherry. Turned out exactly like the box showed, and I did not bleach first. I will definitely make this my new store for all beauty go to and of course, hello kitty for my daughter! Might I also add, GREAT prices compared to other beauty chains I normally shop at!

Beautiful & a lot of different beauty products! Very clean environment and the staff is very friendly. Definitely going to be my new nail supply to come to. They carry: nail products, hair products, barber products, makeup, press on nails, body jewelry, hello kitty & kuromi, wigs, skin care, salon products, hair extensions & lots more.

Love their nail supplies! They always have what I need, and the quality never disappoints. They also carry a wide variety of brands, not only for nail products but for other beauty items as well. The staff is friendly and helpful whenever I have questions. Definitely one of my favorite spots to shop.

I love this supply store. They stay open a little later than others and are always fully stocked on everything. I went to 3 different other stores looking for brown gel polishes and found so many here from different brands. The girls that work here are also super friendly and helpful.
