I found out my boyfriend is proposing tonight and ran to Ulta on my lunch break to get some press on nails so my hands don’t look disgusting for pictures later. The line was CRAZY and I could not wait that long, I had to get back to work. I took a long shot and explained what was going on to one of the workers who sympathized with me, and opened a register for me so I could get in and out as quickly as possible. She absolutely did not have to go out of her way for me but she did, and I have her to thank for my amazing photos. THANK YOU!

i went to this store to get a blowout done. i naturally have curly hair so it is more on the tedious side, therefore, i did not enjoy my rushed experience at all today. i rescheduled my appointment from 24 dec to today, 22 dec. when i arrived i told them i had rescheduled for today at 11:15. the lady at the register spoke very rudely and said she could not find my booking. i showed her the text message i received stating that i had rescheduled my appointment. she asked me who i booked with and i could no remember her name. she then assigned me to a stylist. i sat in her chair when she told me to get up and go to the back to wash my hair, so i did exactly that. might i also add, i am 28 weeks pregnant. furthermore, i was taking my time sitting back in the chair when my stylist, ms. genny, pulled me back by my shoulder, causing me to experience abdominal pain for the remainder of my appointment. she then placed a rag over my face then proceeded to wash my hair with cold water. this was the first time i did not enjoy the washing service. then she tells me she’ll meet me at her chair, so i go back in that direction. she then proceeded to brush my hair very aggressively, with zero concern. there was absolutely no communication throughout my experience there. she only made a comment about my hair being healthy. she did not apply any heat protected spray to my hair. she then started parting my hair in smaller sections and aggressively started blowing out those small sections, in a rush. leaving my hair very frizzy and not straight. the picture i have attached was as soon as i walked to my car.

I have taken my wife here a few times to get her hair done for special occasions and the stylists are always attentive and professional, and we have always left satisfied with their work. The last time we went for a curling and styling session we were helped by Lue, a very talented hair stylist who did a fantastic job getting my wife’s hair ready for a maternity photo shoot we had later that evening. He was very meticulous and made my wife’s hair gorgeous for the shoot. We will certainly be returning for additional services to the salon, and we highly recommend their stylists’ work and want to thank Lue for his beautiful job, highly recommend a visit!

I love bringing my wife here from time to time. The staff is always super friendly and welcoming.

Took my daughter today to get tinsel in her hair. I did not make an appt and was hoping I’d be able to walk in and they were very accommodating. Priscella did her hair and was so sweet and kind. She made it a great experience for my daughter’s birthday. She was quick but efficient! Thank you priscella

I’ve been an Ulta customer for a long time and have never had any issues at this location until recently. Unfortunately, my most recent experiences with the lead cashier, Letty, were extremely disappointing. My husband first went in to pick up an online order. While he isn’t familiar with Ulta’s pickup process, he waited patiently for assistance. Letty did not acknowledge him or offer help. When he explained that he was there to collect an online order and that he was listed as an alternate pickup person, she responded with unnecessary sass and simply stated there was no order for us, without making any real effort to assist or look further. Not long after him, I visited the same store myself and experienced the same dismissive and petty behavior. The interaction was uncomfortable and unprofessional. What made it worse was discovering that our order was there and ready. It was a large order stored in a different area that she failed or refused to check. I was honestly shocked by the lack of customer service, especially from someone in a lead position. I will definitely remember this experience, and I truly hope it is addressed. Customer service and basic courtesy go a long way, and this fell far short of the standard I’ve come to expect from Ulta.

I’d like to give a special shoutout to Priscilla for truly going above and beyond. She helped me find a Gucci fragrance I had been searching for for a long time by checking the stock and even going to the back to locate it for me. She was incredibly sweet, attentive, and professional throughout the entire experience. What made it even more meaningful was that the store was very busy, yet she still took the time to make sure I was taken care of. We truly need more employees like her.
