Lash Method

I have been going to Kadence at The Lash Method for almost a year now, and I can’t recommend her enough. The biggest game-changer is the UV glue they use. It sets instantly, meaning I don't have to wait 24 hours to shower, swim, or sweat—I can get right back to my life the second I leave the salon. ​My lashes stay looking full and beautiful until my next appointment, which is a huge improvement over everywhere else I’ve been in the past. Kadence is incredibly quick without sacrificing quality, which I really appreciate because of my back issues. Even though she’s fast, the reclining chairs are super comfortable. If you want quality lashes that actually last, go see Kadence!

I went in for an eyebrow wax and unfortunately had a really bad experience. During the service, a layer of skin was lifted off under my eyebrow. This was not normal post-wax redness, you could clearly see that skin had been removed. This isn’t my first time getting my eyebrows waxed, so I know what typical irritation looks like. This was very different and much more severe than normal redness. I went back to show them what happened, but the technician who did the service was no longer there. Another employee looked at it and brushed it off, saying it was "just red" and that we’d "see in 24 hours if it goes away." I wasn’t given proper aftercare instructions, real concern, or a sincere apology. Waxing is a basic service, but it still requires proper technique and responsibility, especially on such a delicate area of the face. If something goes wrong, you expect the staff to acknowledge it and guide you on how to care for your skin, not minimize it. Because of this, I canceled other appointments I had scheduled since I no longer felt comfortable or confident in their services. I would strongly suggest being cautious before getting waxing done here.

I have short,fine lashes. Usually when I have had them done in the past I've had a problem with retention. WOW!!!! Carlie applied my lashes with an LED glue and they look AH MAZING even after 2 weeks. I am so happy with these, they still look full and beautiful. Thanks Carlie, you have restored my faith in lash extensions!!!!

I had the exact same experience as Madi (another reviewer below) that my lashes didn’t curl at all after the lash lift service performed by Alli. It turns out like you curled your lash funny. The technician blamed on the length of the lashes; however, I’ve had lash lifted multiple times without issues and they all turned out great. If you had two customers with the same failed experiences, it’s safe to say the technician doesn’t have the right skills to perform lash lift and probably need to relearn it before performing on another customer. After pointing out some possible technical mishaps, Alli didn’t charge me but she appeared to be very defensive and reactive. I suggest the owner run some lash lift and conflict resolution training on staff members.

After a lot of trial and error, Lash Method is absolutely my favorite lash place in Salt Lake City. Allie is absolutely the best! I always have such a positive experience and she always does my lashes exactly how I like them. The retention I get out of these lashes is unmatched by anywhere else I’ve tried.

I had a wonderful experience with Kadence. She was kind and accommodating. I had a lash lift and tint and the results were great. The space was clean and relaxing. It was a professional atmosphere and I will definitely be back for more services with Kadence.

Despite a packed week of traveling, moving through dramatically different climates, and even sneaking in a sauna session (with a cold wet towel over my eyes!), my lashes are nearly untouched—a single lash lost after a week is unheard of for me! I’m genuinely thrilled with my results and the entire experience felt elevated, attentive, and relaxing. Miami, it’s time to level up, because Lash Method just set a new standard for lash artistry!
