My son got married this past summer and as a pre-wedding "girls day" my DIL and I booked massages here for some bonding time and had such an awesome experience! We both had the 60 minute "Relax" massage with scalp add on and it was one of the BEST massage experiences I’ve ever had! My massage therapist was Jordan. I’ve never had a male massage therapist before so I was pretty nervous about it. But Jordan was extremely professional and did a great job of being respectful and putting me at ease. We talked about my preferences before he got started and he did an amazing job with the exact right amount of pressure and time focusing on problem areas. He had such a calming, peaceful presence and wonderful touch as well - truly was the most relaxing experience I’ve ever had! All of their treatments include heated stone work which was just heavenly. And the scalp add on was definitely something I’d get again - as you’d imagine, it’s a more focused massage and included some lovely aromatherapy. My DIL’s massage therapist was Harmonie and she was SO happy with her experience as well. This was my DIL’s first massage so she was also nervous lol. Harmonie was super friendly, bubbly, and welcoming and immediately made my DIL feel at ease. She loved it and we’ll definitely be back for another girls day out. The space is small with sleek minimalist spa vibes. And while they don’t have any room for saunas or baths or anything like that they do have a nice boutique area with spa products and other items like locally-made jewelry. I got some really cute earrings and some fantastic soaps and lotions which I’ve been loving! Booking online via their website was very easy. Prices are what you’d expect for the level of service and the quality is totally justified. Like most spas, they have a cancellation policy of 24 hour or more notice to cancel - if less than 24 hours they charge 50% of your scheduled service but that’s pretty standard for most places. They’re located in a small shopping center with a few parking spots out front and plenty of free street parking in the surrounding area. There are some stairs required to get up into the spa area and I didn’t see any elevator options so there may be handicap access issues. Tysm to Jordan and Harmonie for making our pre-wedding girls day so special and helping us relax during all the wedding chaos! Hope to see yall again soon!

This spa is a top spot in Salt Lake City — calming, ultimate relaxation & rejuvenating facial and massage. I’ve been going to Hayley for facials for years — she is a gem! Hands down, SLCs best… book with her and you’ll see 🙂 For massage - Kevin had a last minute opening last summer when I was dealing with back pain and TMJ— he’s amazing! He was able to provide relief for my issues after over a year with the issue. I really appreciate deep tissue with pressure and it was the best ever. I’ve recommend several friends to Basalt and they are now regulars— a total vote of confidence for anyone and any treatment at the spa! The owners are fab! Location is perfect. The vibe is calm. The hot stones are divine. Go enjoy!!

Every person I encountered was so kind and caring. I did a spa day package, and Lindsay did my massage while Alyssa did my facial, both were fantastic and helped me relax during a particularly difficult time in my life, when it’s been hard to relax at all. I’m so grateful and would absolutely recommend this spa to others. I only wish it weren’t so far from my house, or I’d be a regular. Either way, I will definitely be back.

I had an incredible first experience at Basalt today. Lauren is an exceptional massage therapist with an intuitive connection to bodywork and a really great presence. Erin provided a deeply restorative facial (i did the rejuvenation service) that was relaxing, informative, and effective. They two services flowed together seamlessly and inwas treated with so much care from the moment I walked in the door. The space is welcoming, calm, and clean- every detail was there including unique things I've never seen at other spas. They are my new go-to!

Went for the first time this morning. The Spa its self is very clean and has a great calming vibe. The young lady at the front desk was very polite. (Feel bad I didnt get her name to mention her here.) The room for the massage was very welcoming and calm. Annette was absolutely amazing and did a phenomenal job with my 90 min massage. She worked magic from head to toe and I left feeling completely refreshed and relaxed. Will definitely return and will absolutely recommend.

Perfect 10/10 experience start to finish. Easy parking, beautiful space with friendly down-to-earth folks. Had the best facial of my life with Erin! Her touch was very present, focused, and balanced for a wonderful experience of care and relaxation. Met both owners who made me feel extra welcome and celebrated on my birthday.

Yesterday was my first time in and I had the 'Glow' facial by Jamie! Not only was it completely relaxing but the treatment left my skin looking and feeling amazing. Jamie is wonderful! The staff is also very professional and welcoming. I really like this day spa and it's in a great location. Can't wait to go back!
