Just left Ulta Beauty in Willow Lawn and had an amazing experience. Me and my girlfriend were looking for two colognes for family members and apon entering the fragrance section, we were greeted with a wonderful smile from Nick, accompanied by great customer service. Nick was incredibly helpful and had amazing cologne recommendations. He listened to our needs and helped us find 2 perfect colognes in our price range. Everyone else in the store was incredibly helpful as well, especially Kelly and Haya (who helped me find some items from Half Magic that were on sale, and even gave me a free gift with my purchase) and my cashier Katheri. Will definitely be returning!

Jai is fantastic! Always loved this Ulta location, pretty organized and nice staff but Jai made my makeup shopping truly fabulous this past Friday 🤩 She took the time to go through my full restock list and explain the differences in products, as well as keeping my budget in mind while recommending the highest quality items that work for my skin type and complexion. She took the time to explain products, helped me find exactly what I needed, and made the entire experience feel effortless and fun. Because of Giovanni, I signed up for the Ulta credit card—and let me tell you, I’m getting Buku rewards now! She broke everything down clearly with zero pressure and made it totally worth it. If you’re shopping at Ulta, do yourself a favor and ask for Giovanni. She’s professional, informative, and truly goes above and beyond. Ulta is lucky to have her, and I’ll definitely be back because of her!

Ulta is such a magical place. The employees are so kind, helpful and welcoming. The environment is peaceful. I never was an Ulta girl until last year when my daughter wanted to go. I didn't know what I was missing lol

Waste of $70 and tip. Where do we begin? They didn’t apply primer evenly or all over my face. Literally like four spots not blended in. She didn’t apply foundation on the right side of my mouth and by my jaw. I asked to please adjust and blend, and was told that it was how I was holding my head. That’s an excuse. My lipstick was unevenly applied, so my lips were uneven and looked like my lips were crooked. I asked her to please adjust and correct and it still didn’t look any better. She did brow pencil on the right side with an harsh line. She let me look at it and I said the brows were too dark, and I was met with attitude. She barely blended the right side and didn’t blend the left. I looked like a teenager experimenting with makeup. I felt humiliated walking around the store for face wash and mascara. It was an insult to look this bad and to have paid for it. I cried in my car and used napkins to wipe off the foundation. I called my fiancé and told him to meet me out front with makeup wipes when I got home. I used all of them and cried and then I washed my face and did my makeup at home. What a waste of time and money.

I tried to use a coupon that was expired. Management said no and that corporate was really "cracking down" on them. So my coupon that was only expired by a day was denied fine. I go to put the products I was going to buy back. Do you know they sent a black lady who works there to FOLLOW ME?!?!? That’s insane to me and I’ll never walk into another Ulta again and I’ll be telling everyone I come into contact with about my experience. I may do a story time on TikTok. STOP BEING PREJUDICE. When will you silly corporations learn?!

Wow! Booked a glaze and cut with Chelsea. Wow! Reviews don’t lie - the woman does magic. My hair hasn’t looked this good in a long time. I will be a repeated customer. I also can recommend Arianna - the woman next to me left looking like a million bucks and her cut was gorgeous. A+
