BeautiFull Beauty Supply Store

This was my first visit to Beautifull Beauty Supply Store, and I was immediately stunned by the size of the store, and the impressive amount of inventory from hair, clothes, make up and jewelry. It was a little overwhelming walking inside but the bright, well-placed signs guided me to the products I needed. The staff members were friendly, knowledgeable and offered help when needed without scrutinizing me which was a pleasant departure from other visits to beauty supply stores. I was a little taken aback with the $1.00 fee to try on wigs, especially since I thought perhaps if you bought one of the wigs, that fee would be debited from your total (which other stores have done for me) but that is a flat rate regardless if you purchase hair or not. Overall, the store has a great variety of styles and colors (although they could use more updo options than the two that were in stock when I was there) which allowed me to truly make the best decision for my purchase. If you wish to take in all the store has to offer then I do recommend giving yourself 30 minutes minimum as I found some cute earrings and a new scent just persusing a few aisles near the register. My visit to BeautiFull Beauty Supply Store was my first time there and it most definitely won't be my last. Stop by and support a great locally owned business.

I’ve shopped here many times, but this experience was highly disappointing ! I bought 3 packs of human hair (just to be safe) which was $69 a pack for boho braids, asked about the return policy before completing the transaction and cashier just pointed to a sign at the counter. When I came back the next day to return the unused pack, I was told by the cashier that they don’t do returns on human hair and she said " ITS NOT MY FAULT YOU DIDN'T READ THE SIGN" her tone and body language was unprovoked and was rude and dismissive—completely unprofessional. If the cashiers attitude and lack of disregard hadn’t been so bad, I would’ve just accepted the fact that I over purchased hair and just used it for my next set of braids, but NOPE ! When I got back to my car, I checked the sign which I took a picture of and it said nothing about human hair. I called to speak to the manager, who told me it’s printed on the bottom of the receipt and that it’s posted at the register (which said nothing about human hair). The policy is not transparent and feels misleading, especially when policies are not clearly posted upfront. I eventually got store credit after speaking with a manager, which I appreciated (thank you) ! I will probably will just travel further out to ensure I have better customer service experience.

Needed the pop fans and they had the large ones in all colors. Especially my pink😁💗

Do not shop here, I experienced the most terrible discrimination, even though I did nothing but browse. I was completely horrified that human being can be so cruel and horrible to someone wanting to spend money in their establishments.

Set up is luxurious all the hair you'll eva want & need. Beauty supplies Galore. It's like a beauty Museum. Also has trendy fashions. Team is helpful with questions & willing 2 help find products.

Great store with alot of variety and customer service is amazing. They are very nice, sincere, and hard workers.
