The man who works here is always nice and pleasant to me. However, this store is rather small and has limited merchandise and not a lot of options. The shelves and aisles are half empty as well.

I had a disappointing experience at this beauty supply store. I simply asked about a product, but the staff member was noticeably rude and gave off the vibe that she didn’t want me in the store. Her attitude made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. The lady was rude

I would give zero stars if I could. They have absolutely nothing on the shelves. I purchased some very OVERPRICED hair at $48. And when I found the same hair at a nearby hair store for $23, I went to return the hair to K Beauty literally less than 24 hours later. And I was denied a refund OR exchange. But their sign says no refund after 3 days of purchase with receipt. He stated that he didn't want the merchandise back because they are remodeling so he wasn't going to return it or exchange it. That’s not a customers issue that you are choosing to remodel. And no where does it state that anything is final sale. I understand why they don't get any business.

First time going. Great customer service. Affordable prices as well. However, I was only purchasing hair wraps and braid spray.

I been to that store three times and I love it so very much because I love that it a lot of great selections on wigs,weaves,ponytails, and buns and everything else. And the people who run the store are very nice and thoughtful. Big ups to k beauty! Thank you.
