The skincare routine and products provided by Chardonae worked great. I originally thought that the products were mainly for women until trying them and seeing that they worked for everyone. Thank you again, highly recommended and definitely coming back.

I came in on a Friday looking for skincare products for my dry skin, feeling pretty hopeless—until I met Chardonnay. She was incredibly kind, personable, and knowledgeable. Not only did she help me find the perfect products for myself, but she also guided my 16-year-old daughter, who has been struggling to navigate skincare. Thanks to Chardonnay’s expertise and amazing customer service, I’ll definitely be back—not just for the products, but for the exceptional experience she provides!

Wow, might be the best Bluemercury I’ve ever been to! Chardonae was amazing!!! Called to inquire about a product and she had it waiting for me when I got to the store, helped me make an exchange and recommended me another great product as well. Other ladies in the store were very helpful and knowledgeable and the store itself looked beautiful. Thank you!!! I’ll be back when I’m in town!!!

I recently discovered this place and I love it!! The store is always clean and organized. They carry really nice product lines. I've rarely had a problem finding things in stock, and they do a great job of making sure testers are available and in good condition. Angela is amazing to work with!!! She is super knowledgeable about products across the various lines and she's great at making recommendations. She's genuine and never pushy, and she takes the time to help me find the right product. In my last visit (Sunday), I was having a hard time finding the best color skin tint and she matched me perfectly! I call the store before I go to make sure Angela is working that day because I love working with her and she always makes me feel like a valued customer. Thank you for a great experience!

My sister needed all new make up and the MUA Jeremy was so incredibly helpful. Great at listening to what she wanted, so helpful when she was unsure. Selected the perfect eyeshadow to make her eyes pop. The lipstick he helped with was a beautiful shade that complimented her skin tone. There was no pressure to buy. It was a wonderful experience. 10/10 recommend

Came by this location today to get some highly rated skin care I saw online and was highly disappointed by the customer service. There was a sign on the door saying that the store would be closed from 4:15-4:45pm for lunch (totally understandable as people have to eat). That was not my issue, it was the fact that me and my mother decided to wait and walk to other stores near the area to kill time. When we came back, at about 4:43, we wanted to wait until the doors would be open. There were two workers inside and they both saw us by peeking out the door. Both came out at 4:45 saying they were leaving for lunch by taking the sign off the door. I proceeded to ask if the sign was not accurate and both workers just said that they would not be back until 5:10pm. No questions asking if we were waiting to be let in, no indication of coming back until I asked about the sign. Also, one of the women said she doesn’t work there, that she’s only a representative for the company. Definitely not the best way to represent this location. Edit: Overall, both me and my mother felt that there was no urgency to help us. I am not sure if we did not look like "typical" client of this area, but you should never a book by its cover. I’m also sure this position probably has a commission element to it and if that’s their urgency to help others, they won’t last long.

I recommend you go to another place. They are not helpful, kind, or welcoming! I walked in and some associates were helping clients that were in there. Soon enough, it was just me in the store. Not one out of the three associates asked me if I needed help. It took me going to the counter to explain what I was looking for. It seemed like I was an inconvenience. Instead of walking me over to show me various products, they pointed me in a general area. They realized their mistake and a brand rep, not even an associate, walked me over and showed me two products. I said thank you and figured it out on my own. I know if I looked like the normal client that lives around the area, I would have been treated differently. I have never felt as judged as I did today. I will not be returning here.
