I always enjoy when I come to visit. I am half Japanese and I really enjoy most of the products. Any employees I've encountered as well have been so nice and helpful. Usually it's one lady and she's so sweet. She great at answering questions and talking about even just life and she really takes the time to get to know me. I always go in to see her she really cares about customers. I don't go in too often as I don't come to this area to shop all to often maybe every few months but I definitely stop in check it out and have a great conversation.

I tried a few hair products, they were very drying, so i reached out to store headquarters. The staff member who answered my email was extremely rude and said all sales are final, no name of course. Buyers find a better business to buy products from that has trust in the items they sell to offer refund or store credit should there be a issue. BE CAREFUL

This just might be the worst customer service I’ve ever received in my life. I genuinely think that the employees try to bully you out of the store so that they don’t have to work. They don’t have testers out, and if you ask to try something be prepared for them to get angry and passive aggressive. I was thinking about buying something but I walked out after how I was treated. I see a lot of other reviews about how the employees made them uncomfortable. They can’t keep getting away with this. It’s ridiculous! I won’t be shopping here after my grocery shopping anymore. I hope the woman who "helped" me reads this. You’re the worst!

Great selections but their employees make it real awkward to shop here. They are friendly and greet you with a smile and are very helpful. That's where the problem begins. After you let them know you don't need help they will watch you like a hawk. As soon as you grab something, even if it's just one product they will insist you put it in their basket. Then will continue to follow you and make you feel like a criminal. I guess this place have a problem with shoplifters which is understandable but they need to back off and let us shop in peace. Their products are great too. Unfortunately, their hawkish behavior ruins it for them.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but If you’re queer and or BIPOC… do not come here. Sad to say this was one of my favorite stores to come to for skin care, but after today’s customer service experience, my partner and I will not be coming back. Sometimes, you only need one experience to really figure out that your apprehensive feelings are valid! Sad that I actually thought this place was different than other East Asian beauty stores…frankly, I was wrong. If you know you know 🤷🏻‍♀️

I love this place so much!! The staff is beyond helpful, friendly, and very knowledgeable. The store is always super clean and organized, fully stocked and you can test almost everything in the store. The carry many plant based items and many items come from korea or other places. You must absolutely check this place out!!

Employees always cheerfully greet me and are available to answer any questions I may have. They usually throw in samples of new/popular products. Store is clean and inviting. Well stocked and organized.
