My family photos got moved due to rain, so I couldn’t get in with my normal salon. I read lots of reviews and I booked with Sara B. Since people raved in reviews. When I showed up I was told I was switched to tza tza. I received no phone call, despite the notes saying I did. I heard another stylist tell another client (also switched) that that has been happening a lot. I could see Sara B. With a more lucrative dye job client right next to me that started at the same time. To say I received the worst haircut and "blowout" ever is an understatement. I had to leave for family photos with my hair so bad my husband and 9 year old were just staring at me in disbelief. I called the salon and the manager assured me she would call me back the next day, Saturday, at 1:30, but I never received a call. I have shoulder length normal hair. This is completely ridiculous. Ladies, treat yourself, go to a real salon where they offer you a beverage or wine and avoid at all costs.

I got my hair colored by Sara B. and she is a miracle worker. I was absolutely in awe of my hair, she definitely exceeded my expectations. She took my super dark, almost black hair to vibrant and vivid red highlights. I keep getting so many compliments and I am in love with my hair. I will definitely be going back and will be booking for my daughter as well. Highly recommend going to her, she is so welcoming and sweet.

I ordered online and picked up in store and on Christmas my husband opens the box and there was a bottle of hand sanitizer in it. This is ridiculous! Please stop shopping at Ulta there is something seriously wrong with this store in particular. Has to be a thief or 2 among the staff. The store should close down and thriving staff should be arrested for petty theft. I’m so disappointed and will be returning on 12/26 for a full refund. I didn’t get the product I paid for and this is so unacceptable. I’ve emailed PR and the CEO of Ulta and am expecting a prompt response! Stop shopping at Ulta they are fraudsters!!!!!!!

"Cute hair? No" written on a coupon card that was placed in my bag while checking out at the register with a skincare purchase. Trying to insult customers isn’t a good look for you Sol. Not sure if the cashier knew what was written on it when they put it in my bag, but this is such gross behavior.

Sara was super friendly and welcoming, and listened to what I wanted. she did amazing and was super fast as well. 10/10 would recommend!

Sara is fabulous! She’s always positive and gets me in and out quickly without sacrificing quality. Her work on cuts, highlights, and styling is consistently beautiful. Sara is incredibly knowledgeable and always makes me feel comfortable in her chair. The rest of the team is also warm and welcoming, which makes every visit a great experience.

Ulta is a great make up store, it has all the makeup your looking for in all price ranges.
