By far best Ulta experience. Brandon took such great care of me and fulfilled all my makeup needs and inquiries. My visit was concluded by an excellent check-out by Megan. She expertly handled my purchase and Happy Return while giving me some excellent shopping advice. I will definitely be back. I love it here. 🙂

Racial Profiling. i went in to pick up an order i placed online and decided to look around since i did have a gift card that i received for christmas. i was swatching several shades of concealers but unfortunately the one i liked was out of stock, an employee kindly checked in the back for me but there was still none. i noticed the security guard kept weirdly following me and my boyfriend at a very close proximity. since none of the other shades were matching i decided to test out some fragrances, which is when i noticed he was following our every step and i wasn’t overreacting. at some point i just became very annoyed and felt not wanted at this location, so i just picked up my order and left. overall this experience just left me feeling bad. i also work in retail and our security guard only follows those that are repeat offenders or that look suspicious. and usually the manager is the one that’s meant to give great service to the suspicious looking people before having the security guard following their every step. i looked well put together and you could obviously tell i was just swatching shades on my hand then blending them out on my face in the mirror, NOT stealing. I have never stolen. i was raised with actual morals. shame on that security guard for profiling the only latina customer in the store. he didnt follow any other customers, maybe because they were white and asian. not sure of his name but he was bald, black. and wearing dark tinted glasses. i’ve been to this location maybe about 2 other times before but haven’t been followed by the other security guards. i’ll stick to SEPHORA or online ! very weird and racist he honestly deserves to be fired. i ordered what i was planning on buying, online instead because i didn’t want to spend my money here anymore.

Brandon got me right together. Helped me shade match. And found my perfect red lip. I’m obsessed. I have never worn a red lip cuz I couldn’t find my shade. But he heard me say BLUE RED AND BABY HE CAME THRU! Thank u my love

The workers here are lovely!! Very very helpful and go above and beyond. They even helped me remove a stain from my pants that I got from swatching lipsticks on my hand. Unfortunately, I'm taking one star off. I came here to swatch a few lipsticks and eyeshadows I had on my wishlist, but unfortunately they were out of stock of most of them. Additionally, most lipsticks were not available to swatch. As someone with olive skin, shades look differently on me than they do in the packaging. I depend on stores like this to be able to try on before purchasing so this was disappointing.

Came here to do happy returns and some shopping. The manager (lady with purple star sticker) was incredibly rude. Tried to refuse my return, but then after I called customer service and gave her my phone with customer service saying they should accept it, she did accepted it (reluctantly). Overall she was rude and had terrible customer service skills. Lady in the wheelchair was only redeeming quality of this place. She was sweet and helpful. She was obviously embarrassed by other lady’s actions.

Came in to DoorDash, walked around to find items, couldn’t find them. I’ve been to many Ulta locations and employees are usually happy to assist. The girl in the grey sweatshirt bob length hair, said she "wasn’t allowed" to assist and just wanted to point me in the direction I just came from where I couldn’t find the items. Didn’t even bother to see if the product was in stock, did not care to help either.

I placed an online order, okay so I was a little bit early upon arrival for pick up, first I was ignored at the register, mind you the store manager was just laughing and gossiping with other cashiers, while I patiently waited, finally I said something after 4 minutes of waiting. I told her I had an online pickup she asked for I.D. I presented it, she went to get order, I waited while she went to so call look she continued to gossip , she came over to me and asked for the email confirmation stating it was ready for pickup. I showed my email she then says oh! It's not ready, I kindly said fine I will grab it myself, walked to the back.of the store grabbed the Product, proceeded to cashier. I'm pissed because with my pur case I was supposed to receive a free gift, not only did I not receive the free gift, when I asked the manager she said oh that's for online orders, omg! Is she not hearing herself, it was an online line order that I had to pick myself in her gossiping expletive store. I am filing a claim on this particular store, because I believe the manager kept my free gift. Shame on you!
