SEPHORA at Kohl's

I called to inquire about some products today, and Jackie helped me over the phone to make the best decisions based upon my concerns. Great customer service by her to say the least! Thank you for taking the time to help me today and thank you for your kind attitude and customer service! I greatly appreciate it!

Hello Sephora inside the Kohls at the Phoenix Arizona Ahwatukee store!! My family and I were there shopping this past Sunday around 2pm and I was talking to 2 Sephora employees named Sydney and Autumn who were very friendly and sweet! I was telling them my family and I enjoy Princess Cruises to Alaska and Hawaii and I recommended both cruises for them! Please commend them and recognize them for being wonderful employees! perfect sephora to go to when you need someone who can spend time with you to choose exactly what you need. Brynn was the best! super friendly, she definitely knows what she’s talking about. i’ll definitely come back to her!

Friendly customer service, but not a fan of the return policy. A Sephora is a Sephora, and returns/exchanges need to be honored no matter where. Oh, and carry Ami Cole cosmetics.

Jackie was super helpful and kind. She showed me new brands to try and gave me a few foundation samples so I didn't feel pressured to buy something I was unsure of.

Thief is what they are. They charge my cc without my authorization or knowledge for a membership $55.32 EXCUSE ME!!!!! Our you out of your mind. I am not ever going to pay for a membership to buy an efing lipstick. Thiefs. My cc was not save on the Sephora app to use as they please. The audacity and nerve🤮I AM DISGUSTED BY SEPHORA Erasing all your stuff and I’ll continue letting every girl I know🤮 I cannot even picture a struggling woman waking up to a charge because once they bought a product from this site at some point and TODAY they decided to use our info and charge us $55.32 for a membership NOPE!!! Also very shady that Google reviews are turn off…..shady thiefs 🤮

Very friendly and attentive staff who processed and exchange for me without any problem. Not as overwhelming as the stand alone Sephora stores.
