I have been a Yes customer for over 10 years and have never been dissatisfied. The girls are always helpful and nice. John and his dad were always a pleasure to see when visiting the store. If anyone is looking for great products along with great customer support Yes is an excellent choice. 👏

Super organized nice, prices are very good in a customer service is classic old school, they do a great job here, definitely support this business!!!

I love the selection here. But tell me why there were so many store associates walking around following me as if i was going to steal products & no one in my last visit could be bothered to acctually help me as they were all too busy talking to each other. I spent several hundred dollars here at least every other week to do my hair & my sister is a hair stylist & does weaves, braids, Etc.. So i am always in purchasing for us both! Great variety & selection of products! Terrible customer service at times. Needs improvement!

For the most part the workers are nice but they're always gossiping not really paying attention to the customers during transactions and it's giving unprofessional and ghetto honestly. Kind and Nice are different. & Even with my cosmo discount, it's overpriced. Like Sally's up the street is cheaper and thats wild. There may be some things you can get here in person that you can't in other beauty supply stores but online shopping can solve that easily. Really wanted to like this place but it's a no for me!

they always got what I need and the girls are so helpful! it’s so nice to be able to go to one of these stores and not get followed or anything too. Great variety and selection I love this place

I went to Yes Beauty Supply to buy a product no store appears to carry anymore (Wave Nouveau). This Beauty Supply store is clean, polished, and not a product out of place. The management and service at Yes Beauty Supply is top shelf. Thanks to all the young ladies that provided excellent customer service.
