SEPHORA

Haven’t worn makeup in years. I have a friend’s wedding coming up and needed to get some stuff. Was super nervous trying to figure out what I needed and what would work with my skin. Carolina was the nicest, kindest, most genuine Sephora employee I’ve ever worked with. She helped me figure out exactly what I needed, walked me through how to apply it, what brushes I needed - I mean everything! It helped boost my confidence and actually get excited to wear makeup again, especially knowing that I have the right shades for my skin tone. Someone give Carolina a raise. She is seriously the best and so knowledgeable. This location is out of my way, but will be coming back to this location specifically because the customer service was that amazing. The rest of the team was also super sweet! Thank you, Carolina!

Best Sephora ever. Every single store assistant is absolutely wonderful. I visit this store about once per week and I love it. I can always find what I'm looking for. The store assistants aren't trying to just make a sale. They are genuine and friendly and very caring. The products that they've recommended are all fabulous, and work better than advertised. Highly highly recommend this amazing Sephora!

There are a lot of customers at one time. I feel when staff are not doing anything they should be asking anyone and everyone "Can I help you anything today?" I should not be trying so hard to get their attention. I went in to get a new bottle of the Sephore Best Skin Ever and was having trouble finding the shade I needed. Instead of telling me they did a revamp and 63P is now 37N, she allowed me to leave with "Well yeah everything changed." I later googled this information. Very frustrating.

I wish I could give a place zero stars. After not being able to pick up an already paid online order close to closing. I cannot believe the disappointment I had but also the disrespect given. NEVER shopping here again.

I went in for a return, I waited too long to do, and left out with things I didn't know I wanted. Yeah, I know that's Sephora, but the team members were for great. They took their time to answer all of my dumb questions and made me feel welcome. My budget is the only reason I didn't leave with more. Alexa was the best and even sent me a follow-up email with the products we discussed and my skin image results. Why wouldn't I come back.

I used to go to this Sephora many times due to the service being good. But the last few times the staff have been incredibly rude. Other times they have allowed me to use their restroom, helped me with any questions, and made me not feel dumb to ask for products not on the shelf. Recently this has not been the case. I prefer to not feel like a hassle and annoyance to someone while I shop.

Good customer service....high security. When I say high security it was because leaving the parking lot was difficult because a Phoenix police officer was parked right behind me. I'm all for secure locations but the police need to not illegally park, blocking accessible spaces, including handicap spaces. Store was fine..the city is short staffed.
