Had the best experience at the Ulta in Norwalk. Jocelyn at the benefit brow bar did my brows so good! Additionally, I had a hair service with Will at the Salon and he made my hair lovely! The salon staff are so talented and I would absolutely recommend everyone to check them out at least once in your life. Thanks Jocelyn and Will!

Alicia is great! I have gotten my eyebrows threaded twice now (both times by her). They have never looked so crisp and refined. She really takes her time to tweeze, brush, cut, and thread. Definitely recommend!!

Had my hair done today by Zainya (hope I spelt it right) she is amazing! I love my hair she is very nice and professional! Def recommend her! I will be back to get my hair tinsel!

I had the best experience today! My wife got her hair done by Zaniya and she is beaming over the moon from her new do! I also had a wonderful conversation with the assistant store manager while being in the hair salon. I booked an appointment for myself and I am so excited to come back and get my hair done!

Came here to purchase some of my fave products, all was good until I got in the. The girl behind the counter with the blond hair was very snobby. It took her a while to even find my account, which I never have a problem with, and not to mention before I even walked up to her register, and seem like she didn’t want to serve me to begin with. This makes me not want to come back to this, Ulta, and frankly, I’m tired of going, and make up stores and people act in snobby. This is why I stopped going to Sephora. I will be reaching out to corporate that’s unacceptable I did nothing to that girl. She act as if I was inconveniencing her. She said my name I corrected her and she then went and purposely said my name wrong again. So disrespectful. This is how you lose customers hiring people like that. Zero stars.

The staff at the story is very friendly, especially the lady with the straight black hair (I’m sorry I didn’t get her name). They have good selection and usually their samplers actually have product in them lol (unlike some other ultas.) They keep it clean. The only suggestion I have (unless I missed it) is I would love if they carried the full Farmacy line and also Elemis
