Cosmo Prof

Horrible this Cosmo Prof store can’t provide a bag or box when you purchase their products! Trying to charge you $1,50 for a paper bag!???! Business owners greedy like that deserve to close their stores and struggle… no appreciation to the consumers! Horrible!

I live inBrookfield and do most of my shopping at Cosmoprof there. I recently ordered a product from that store and after 6 weeks of excuses, never arrived. I called the store in Norwalk and they could not have been nicer on the phone. They stated they would order my product and have it by the next week. Sure enough, one week later and they called me to say my product had arrived. I went to the store today and it was so clean and organized, and the woman that was working was very friendly and happy to accommodate. I would highly recommend this store, they really went the extra mile for me when my hometown store didn’t. Especially being a first time customer there. Great first impression!!

I shop there for 15 years or more Today I got a new blade I need to exchange and they never found me in their sistem. Manager was not there and they are they’re blades new so unfortunately they told me not I cannot exchange because u r not here Is their blade I got there two months ago new They are always like this terrible customer services

Great place for suggestions, girls are friendly and knowledgeable of their products, quick in and out. But make sure you are a beauty professional or you won't be able to purchase anything ONLY FOR COSMETOLOGY PROFESSIONALS.

Bree & Michelle are awesome! They're very personable and knowledgeable. My favorite Cosmoprof thus far.
