AMAZING customer service ! I came here looking for hair for my bora braids I’m getting tomorrow. The woman behind the register was SO helpful, she took her time showing me all the hair and recommended great hair for me. She didn’t make me feel rushed at all. Then the other women was helpful too as I was leaving she gave me tips on using old bundles and cleaning them with a silicone shampoo to make them soft again. Thank you so much! You all will be seeing me again. I traveled 30 mins to try this spot out and it was a great choice! Wish I could give more than 5 🌟 you all deserve it. That’s how you do customer service and keep the customer coming back! Thanks ladies you all are great people!🙂

Been here several times over the years. They have a great selection for braiding hair but customer service is subpar. Twice I've purchased things from here and they didn't put it in the bag. Meaning I went all the way home, ready to use purchased product, and then noticed it is not in the bag. Both times I returned to the store within the hour and they gave me the product. Additionally when waiting to be rung up whoever is at the counter basically acts like you're invisible. And finally, they definitely change prices from person to person. The cashier's charge differently sometimes. It's giving very much Scammer's Paradise. I'll just order from online instead of dealing with this. Or go to the other spots in Norwalk, Stamford, or Bridgeport. Today they closed the door in my face at 4:50 and the store closes at 5pm. That was the last straw.

These people have no respect for their customers. The Asian lady with light hair by the register is very rude. 99% of the time she is on her phone and takes her sweet time to ring you up while you are standing there ready to PAY. Can you believe that? I Asked a question to guy doing inventory and he was so nasty. I'm done with this place! Way to disrespectful with their customers. Will be taking my business to Unique beauty supply in Balden ave. A more relaxing environment to shop.

Never will I ever spend my hard earned money in this store again!!! I was at checkout when HYEWON, an Asian lady at the cash register rang up my purchase and was busy conversing another Asian guy. I took my purchase home only to realize that the pack of razor I wanted wasn't in my bag and I had been charged for it. A few days later I returned WITH THE RECEIPT and informed the Asian male that I hadn't received the item. Would you believe he went back to the date of purchase on the video footage just to see if i was lying about not recieving the razor worth $1.29!!!!! How despicable!!! Mind you other purchases on my receipt was $7 and over. He saw on the camera that I wasn't lying and with an embarrassing demeanor gave me the item. I took it, left the store and never looked back. Future shoppers, go elsewhere to spend your money! This place is NOT it. Go where your appreciated and valued.

The staff is friendly, warm, and cooperative, specially Ysaura. They greet me with happy faces all the time. The store has a pretty good selection of products. I would recommend this store 100%

I just left this store and I am fuming. My boyfriend and I went there and he was standing toward the front of the store. Two of the ladies that work there was talking about they didn't want to go up to him and the other asked him can they help him. They basically profiled him like he was going to steal something just because he was standing up there. We are from down south so instead of me acting up in the store I put my things back and left out. You can't profile someone just because of what they have on and by the way he was bundled up because it is ce outside. I will never return back to this store and I have been there several times spending a considerable amount of money. Your staff is rude, they carry on conversations as if you aren't there, cursing. I'm done with this establishment. I'll take my money else where

If I could give this store zero stars I would. They have dishonest practices and values. They list products at one price, but upcharge 50% (or more) when you get to the register. One wig had a price sticker of $80 but at the register it was marked up $170. There was no recourse, honoring the sticker price, or anything.
