Manager bamed Alicia was requested for a return question. She walked up and didnt look at us or greet is but quickly told us this item couldn't be returned or exchanged because it had been opened. When I pointed out that I was within return window and had a receipt, she still declined and said that since it was opened, it was final sale. Fine, company policy, she was the messenger. Unfortunately the delivery and overall customer experience was poor. She spoke in a condescending tone, rudely interrupted our questions (we just wanted to understand the circumstance), and did not even apologize for inconvenience or offer any solutions. Not to mention, representing a beauty and makeup storefront typically requires looking the part. She was disheveled, wrinkled clothes, dirty and tangled hair which...makes me want to stay away from that "beauty advisor". Ill be at Sephore from now on! Bummer.

Picked up curbside order, originally lady that greeted me with blue green hair was super sweet. Lady that came up to me said she couldn’t see my email or pic of my Id I left my purse in the car was freezing cold and looked at me crazy when I told her I had a pic and an email to pick up I’ve never had to show that with my email. Ran back out to car in the back of parking lot at least I got my steps in! She was rude!! Dark haired lady pulled back with ear piece in ear did not have a name tag on as wearing a black zip jacket. I think she was just looking to be difficult for some reason. Uugghh Don’t go if it’s busy! Customer service was not her jam today.

well stocked easy to navigate I didn't interact with staff except for the cashier. I felt the price for my shampoo was a bit more expensive than I'm used to. Overall good experience.

This was one of the worst Ulta locations I’ve ever been to. I kept asking a consultant for help, and she gave me the most unhelpful, dismissive responses. When I asked her to shade-match me, she pointed out colors that weren’t even close to my tone. I literally had to ask a stranger for help, which is sad and embarrassing. The employees were more focused on talking to each other than actually assisting customers. It’s extremely frustrating, and management needs to address this. Customers deserve better service than this.

Had the best experience here last week! Got my hair cut by Chelsi. It turned out STUNNING! Best hair cut I’ve had in years! Her talent and experience is incredible! After that decided to walk around and look into buying some makeup. I know basically nothing about what to do or use and felt so lost. Brandi ended up helping me and went above and beyond! She helped me find the best products in my budget without making me feel bad for asking about more reasonable options on some things. I had an event over the weekend and the makeup routine she suggested lasted all day long! Definitely recommend both of these wonderful ladies!

I was able to get a walk in service for my eyebrows. Meghan really helped me get my eyebrows nice looking after years of not getting them done. She was very friendly.

Rude and unwelcoming. Tanya’s tone helping a confused customer was so aggressive and unprofessional. So much confusion as to what was happening, who was doing what, zero leadership. One sweet girl behind the counter asked if she could jump on a register to help and was dismissed. I won’t return to this location as it felt just ugly.
