I soent almost 200 for hair products. I read terrible rwviews after i purchased 2 items n i brought it back n was harrassed like i did something to it. Obviously my hair wasnt dyed. Not to mention i tried the process that gregorina tols me n it was wrong and absolutely did not work. Waste of time and money. Next time i will continue with my way. They may need to hire younger more experienced women with fun hair types. This store might be clean but the rudeness is absolutely unacceptable...the owner needs to check these ladies obviously there are continued complaints that go unaddressed. A warm body ia going to cost you buisness. I will no longer shop this location. Absolutely terrible

Very rude lady didn’t say hi to me, said she could not hear me. Got a big attitude needs to be fired for her rude customer service. I am not wasting more than 50 for a rude person to not even be polite when spending my money. Called customer service and the agent apologized for your rude employee. The CS agent was very understanding with the situation and could teach your employee about customer service. If your employees cannot find reward accounts it’s not the customers fault. It does not warrant being laughed out of the store by the lady in purple hair or the one in the picture being rude. If you can’t hear your customers turn your music down. Customers buy products this pays for employees paycheck so don't be rude to the customers who help you stay employed. Or we will shop elsewhere.

I stopped in 2 weeks ago and I was extremely impressed. The business was well lit, clean, staff welcomed me right away and offered help finding my products to help me with my time there. I peacefully walked around and browsed, the ladies working there were welcoming. They were organizing merchandise as I shopped. Gregoria helped me at the counter, she was kind and helpful. I’ve gone to at least 6 Sally’s around Texas and this has to be my favorite visit I’ve ever had.

On 16 May 2025 at 7PM, CST the staff and manager on duty did not know how to apply a Sally’s discount sent via text to the customer! The manager on duty then made unsolicited comments that I need to know how to use my phone to embarrass me in front of other customers. The staff always has issues using the Sally’s computer system to do Sally’s discounts sent to customers. The barcode for the Sally’s discount was shown on. my IPhone for the manager to scan for my purchase. The manager didn’t know how to scan the. barcode for the discount; then the manager on duty "SMARTED OFF DISRESPECTFULLY telling me I need to learn how to use my phone WITH RUDE ATTITUDE in front of other customers. I LEFT WITHOUT purchasing the six items due to the EXTREMELY POOR ATTITUDE of the manager on duty. A description of the manager on duty on 16 Ma y 2025 at 7 PM is she is an older woman with a disrespectful sassy loud mouth. This manager is the same one in review from 9 months ago. On a previous visit in March 2025 a Sally’s staff member loudly announced in front of male customers you must be here for the hair color and said my color to embarrass me in front of other men since I use hair color. Many of the staff members at this location are "man haters." The staff at this Sally’s location has recurring and persistent issues working the Sally’s computer system, using barcodes for discounts sent by Sally’s to customers! Service with a SNARL!

I felt the need to give kiddos to the employee (Sarah)and manager at Sally’s (New Braunfels) few weeks ago. Store was busy, customers were lined up. They both possesed good empathy, communication skills, and patience, ensuring they understood and address customers' needs effectively. They excel in problem-solving, maintaining a positive attitude while adapting to diverse situations. One of the best Sally’s that i have ever shopped at. Store was very nice and neatly organized.

I have been shopping for many years at Sally and l had never that problem before and know l am start buying at this Sally New Braunfels is always a problem to get my receipt because my email is wrong and they don't have any more paper receipts so l ask to help me to change it, and the manager sad that she can't do anything about it. She told me that is my problem so she get mad with me because l ask her to do something about it so l don't have receipt anymore because email is wrong. It is a bad service. Not helping consumers to resolve problems.

I was EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE while I was shopping, the sales associate was rude and just unfriendly. If she thought I was stealing, there could’ve been a professional and reasonable approach. I had nothing to hide so I offered her the option to check. But no, she just stared me down with the ugliest look on her face and declined to look in my bag. I will NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION and I recommend to anyone that looks "suspicious" NOT GO HERE EITHER.
