SEPHORA inside JCPenney

I want to talk about Victoria who is working at Creekside new Braunfels! Sephora can be proud of employees like her! She was amazing ! She took the time to tell me about different make up shades matched those up with my skin! And gave me information about my skin and skin products!!!thanks to her I found the perfect make up for me! Thank you again you are wonderful!!

I was followed in Sephora for about 20 minutes by an employee who was working on the sales floor. She went as far as bringing the clothes she was folding inside sephora to continue folding and to watch what I was doing. Every side of the store I went to she followed and did not try to lose eye contact with me. I am a Sephora Rouge member as well as a JCP platinum rewards member, this shows my loyalty to both Sephora and Jcp. But disregarding such, I shouldn’t have to mention this to be able to shop in peace! I mentioned to the associate after i finished checking out that I felt uncomfortable that i was being watched when I was coming in here to spend money, and she told me to not take it personally - wow. Even after addressing this to the associate, I was closely followed out of the store by the same JCP associate (Don’t worry mam I won’t be coming back lol) I went back in to speak with a manager and she said they had to keep eyes on me since i was looking around and walking back and forth across the store...( is that not what you do when you are looking around?) I hope this location learns to treat their guests better, because i have never been so embarrassed.

The associate Liz made my time inside Sephora so quick and easy. She was so nice and helpful. I loved her and would definitely go back again for her help.

Just came from there worst customer service ever dumbest employee ever, the girl that I had to tell to attend me she thought I was Mexican (I didn't get offended) but she gave me the crappiest attitude because of it. If you don't put your employees on check you going to start to loose bussines

Why are the workers always so unwilling to help with any situation. They always just give you a quick answer and boom they are done with you.

Horrible. I can never get match right this is. This is the 6th time I bought something to light and not for combo skin

If I could do no stars I would. This is BY FAR the WORST customer service I have ever dealt with.
