SEPHORA at Kohl's

6/4/2024 6:14pm Sephora in New Braunfels:: So, I came into Sephora needing a COMPLETE makeup catalog: brushes, foundation, concealer, setting sprays, makeup holders, lip work, eye shadows....and I was prepared/willing to spend $400+...I walked in, stood near Fenty to see what they have and find a color I've used before. 3 workers and not one came to ask if I needed help or what I was seeking. But one did walk over to "scope the scene," I'm assuming to ensure no stealing. I will never shop at Sephora again, no matter the city or state. Train your workers better, and if they don't like their jobs, maybe they should find new ones.

Tell me why they ran out of all birthday samples for the month of October on the 12th?? Also why is there only one person working there at a time? She can’t help all five people at once so we are all waiting around for her help.

Went buying makeup for the wife, and I was attended by Lily, she’s the best, very kind and patience, the best attitude, she went to search what I was looking for.

I can’t say enough about wonderful it was to have such amazing over the top customer service from super sweet Lily at Sephora this evening. I wasn’t able to go into the store (lots of kiddos) and was trying to remember the name of a fragrance I had tried once before. Lily was kind enough to put spray strips in little baggies and also labeled them for my mom to bring to me! Immediately after smelling them all I knew exactly the one I had been racking my brain over and will be picking up curbside tomorrow. Thank you so much Lily!

Jamie and Michaela aka Mandy Moore, Were both super sweet and helpful... Great personality with excellent customer service, definitely will be back. It's hard to find such wonderful customer service these days withagreatsenseofhumor😊. Two thumbs up 👍 for them both 🙌🙌. Thank you both 💓 Sally A

Rude , called to ask if something was in stock didn’t even bother to go and check , and responded rude .

Good selection. Testers always available. Just a bit pricey, but at least you know it's legit.
