A Luxurious Return to Private Edition – Pure Bliss with Grace! ✨ Stepping back into Private Edition today was an absolute dream, and honestly, a delightful surprise! I popped in to restock on my daily self-care staples, a place I haven't visited in years, despite it being a Nashville icon since my high school days. I was absolutely thrilled to discover they now carry almost all the high-end skincare, hair care, and makeup products I've fallen in love with over the years. Talk about one-stop shopping for everything I thought I could only find online! What made this visit truly exceptional was the incredible help I received from Grace. She absolutely shined! For over an hour, Grace patiently guided me through the store, sharing insights on all their best-selling products. She genuinely took the time to listen to my needs and even demonstrated how to use the products I'd been searching for. Grace is simply elegant and radiates a warm, no-pressure light that you rarely find in high-end boutiques. You can tell she genuinely wants to help you find exactly what you need. I left Private Edition feeling incredibly informed and confident in my purchases, thanks entirely to Grace. I'll definitely be recommending her to all my friends and becoming a devoted returning customer. Everyone there was so lovely, I felt like I made new lifelong girlfriends who know every high-end product I've ever read about in magazines! What a fun and luxurious experience!

I was in the neighborhood and made a cosmetic purchase that I had been needing. The service was very cordial and friendly. I wish I would have read the website before purchasing. I attempted to return the item. Not sure if the formula changed or product was old, but it just wasn't workable for me. They argued with me, awkwardly gaslighted me in front of several other employees, and refused to refund my money, giving me a replacement product (one that I clearly stated wasn't really going to work for me). Store credit only. Just be aware. I remember now that's probably why I don't shop here anymore. In future I will purchase at more customer service oriented retailers like Sephora, Ulta, Department Stores with reasonable return policies.

I’ve been going to private edition for a while now and I one hundred percent recommend Gina she’s amazing at waxing and facials if you go there I strongly recommend you seeing Gina She’s the best I’ve had so far! Very good at Communicating. ❤️❤️

Hands down the best shop for beauty junkies wanting high end products! Many of the luxury skin care brands like Sisley, La Mer, By Terry, and Omorovicza. Many favorite make up lines including my favorite, Surratt Beauty. The makeup artists are great and the service is individualized and personable. Also, love the skin spa in the back. My favorite facial in town.

I've been very impressed with their courtesy, their knowledge of the products and the Therapy Systems line they carry. I've gone back and forth between skin care and make up companies for years now and I'm happy to have found Private Edition as my go to spot.
