It had the hair I needed but the price that was listed on the hair once I got to the register that was not the price. They did not honor the price tag on the hair, only the scan price of the hait. They should have honored the price on the hair. It's not my fault they placed the incorrect tag on the hair. I won't come back here again.

BY THE WAY A FRIEND ACCOMPANIED ME WITH BOTH STORE'S & HE MUST HAVE SPOKEN ABOUT OUR INCIDENT IN THE MADISON HAIR STORE , HOW BAD THIS YOUNG LADY BEHAVED , CERTAINLY NO PEOPLE SKILL'S , THREE CUSTOMERS IN THIS WHOLE STORE , ANOTHER PERSON , MY FRIEND , MYSELF - TWO LEFT = 1... ....

I went in there to look for a 4 and 144 blend of kanekelon hair. The little black saleswoman kept hounding me trying to hurry me out the store. She kept telling me about her Thanksgiving...Lady I dont care, I am trying to get the products I need. I go up to pay she asks me where is my purse? Is something wrong with you nosey? Go on and walk down Gallatin Rd. If you want to with a purse..then she sees money in my hand she says, oh you got a pocket full of money? Yes nosey some people steal, but, I am not one of them. I wonder how much the other lady stole since she was watching me so hard?

Visited for the first time last night! LOVED IT. I was welcomed when I came in. The store smelled amazing. The staff was perfection. The atmosphere made me want to stay and hang out! This will be my hairstore in Nashville!

My girlfriend comes here often for hair products and I came in for a nose ring. Brandi was very professional and her customer service was excellent. Ill definitely come back for any piercing needs. Prices were very reasonable as well.

I was really good. The store clerks were so helpful and nice. I got exactly what I needed!!!

I love this place super convienet staff is amazing and helpful and the Gentleman that works there ROCKS!!!! very knowlegable and friendly plus I love to get my discounts only hair store that give you REWARDS for being a customer and i'm very loyal!!!!!!
