What are you doing? I said good morning. I’m standing here waiting for you guys. Open your store. He said that you guys open at 9 AM. She’s like don’t touch the door. The alarm is gonna go up. I said I don’t need to touch the door again I know the door open at 9 AM. I have to be pulling or touching the door. She’s like yeah I’m just telling you the rules so at that point I walked away if you’re black or a black foreigner or just any type of foreigner that’s looking for good hair product please don’t shop with these people. They’re very racist. I’m very disgusted with the Asian community. How they treat black foreigners consistently every day. It’s so sickening and disgusting anyway I posted the video on TikTok. Please don’t go shopping.

Terrible place. Shoppers are under intense surveillance. Indeed, it's the stereotypical 'Hurry up and buy!' atmosphere. This place is not for anyone who likes to shop in a leisurely manner; a shopper should know exactly what they want, know exactly where the item(s) are shelved, get the item(s), and make haste to the cashier or hear the unmistakable foot steps of following employees. Kinda laughable but rather disrespectful, actually. Caveat emptor.

Paid 99 cents a pack for chrochet hair now if u know den uunderstand u never find that anywhere! Freakin awesome i saved 30-40$ and i only paid 10$ at kims 10 packs. Im from flint mi just was in town cuz ima a semi truck driver. ❗️ def go there if need hair check her clearance table.

Let me start by saying these are Money hungry people running this store. I initially went in looking for a 4/30 mix of the braids and the woman who helped me told me they had them premixed. She gave me four packs of the pre mixed 4/30 color and after I checked out and left I noticed another color that was not what I asked for so I went back in. I told the owner that I was given the wrong hair and was looking to exchange it. I went back to the area to try to find another 4/30 mix and couldn’t find it so I asked for help. They ran out of the 4/30 hair so I had to but each color separately. The lady who runs the store looked at me like I was crazy when I came up to the register to change the hair and she said that I was only supposed to exchange one pack of hair, mind you it’s their fault I got the wrong hair the first time cause the girl who was helping me gave me another color. I told her she had bad customer service because she still charged me for the other pack even though her employee gave me the wrong hair. She didn’t even apologize. They are not focused on retaining customers and only profiting. I won’t be coming back.

Took this down to 2 stars bc the quality if a wig is bought for $229 3 weeks ago is poor! This must hv gotten mixed up with the synthetics. If you o ly want a temp style, just buy a $69 wig, it'll last you the same length if time. Bad peactice!!

I appreciated the wide selection of products, but I did not appreciate the experience of being treated like a potential thief. My friend and I were followed from the moment we entered the store to the time we left. We were trailed through the crochet hair section, the oil sheen, the bonnets, and even to the register. While my items were being rung up, I went to look at the nose rings, and the employee hovered over me there as well. The nose rings were locked up, so there was no way I could have stolen them. I didn’t carry a purse inside, so there was no reason to suspect me of anything. Normally, I would have left and taken my business elsewhere, but I needed to get my hair done tonight and didn’t feel like driving to another store. While the selection was good, the uncomfortable atmosphere makes me hesitant to return.

I have been buying hair product from this company since 1982 and they've had all of my product in Harry Central needs 😎🇺🇸
