JoyLand Beauty Supply

Avoid this place at all costs! I’ve seen better wigs in a Tyler Perry film. They are rude and entitled here. They seem to forget that, we, the community they have profited off of for so many years are the ones who spend our hard earned money with them to feed their children and fuel their dynasties. I went in there on my lunch break and the man acted like he was doing ME a favor by assisting me because he was having lunch at the same time. Maybe do better about staffing the store so that you all can take appropriate breaks? It’s not like you can’t afford to. Save your time and money by avoiding this place and support those you know who care about the community. 🤎

I love this place and have come here for years!! Outstanding selection and great customer service.

The staff member at the counter behaved inappropriately, watching me closely as I browsed the rolling scent perfumes, creating an uncomfortable shopping experience. It’s disheartening to feel scrutinized, as it perpetuates unfair assumptions about customers based on their race. It’s sad I would never shop here again.

Very good customer service! Variety of items with lots of help! Two polite ladies always helping out with whatever is needed ! I recommend to visit some time if you're looking for great products!

Joyland never fails to satisfy my needs. They have a great selection of hair and always have deals going on. I really like this store. Very well organized, and easy to find the items you need. Friendly staff.

I give them a three their customer service is all right it's always been like that at joyland they need to step up there a wig collection to be more modern and more collection of colors but as far as products they have a good excellent level of products

This place has a large selection of items. Also, the customer service is great. If you look confused someone will most definitely ask you if you need help lol. This is one of my top go-to's for hair supplies. They even have several locations in Nashville so if you can't find something in this store you can definitely find it in another one of their locations.
