Got my daughters birthday present. As I was filling out my things they seen it was my birthday next week and have me my birthday present thank you sephora..plumping gloss. And lip liner. Also they gave me several samples. Great service, nice employees. Great people.

Decently stocked given the holidays approaching. Not many travel size fragrance options and some of the displays needed dusting. Staff was very friendly, but there seemed to be a lack of organization/coordination especially behind the counter.

My teenage daughter needed advice on makeup, and we were helped by Kennedy, a super sweet and patient girl who not only helped her select the best products but also had a wonderful attitude throughout. I love going to Sephora, but their staff makes the experience even better.

Paxton was truly a great help here! Made me feel comfortable and was very knowledgeable of the products, made my shopping experience here even better. But also truly the whole staff was great all very helpful and knowledgeable!

Such weird behavior here. I enter the store and I’m browsing around and within two minutes two people asked me if I needed anything. Which maybe you would think oh good customer service right but then following that I was shadowed the whole time I was shopping by an employee there . Literally she passed me 20 times in a 10 minute span of me being inside the store. Ridiculous !!! I felt like I couldn’t breathe.

I always enjoy shopping there because the customer service is fantastic! Today Martin made my visit really smooth.

I just went to the Murfreesboro location in the Avenue with my son to look for cologne. We had top notch service from Martin! He helped my son chose a cologne and even explained how to store it and make it last. He talked directly to my son and was so caring! I really appreciated the time he took with us! We will definitely be back!
