Kroger

Floral department was on point - Ms. Talitha was amazing in helping me, I called ahead, in a big rush because the place I had originally planned had closed moments before I arrived. I called on the road on my way to Murfreesboro from 30 minutes away - Talitha went above and beyond - she took the time to find what I was looking for, sent me a pic of what she thought fit my need - wrapped the bouquet in ribbon & paper and had the upc tag ready for me to go, self checkout was seamless & I made it to my event on time, again thank you so much Ms. Talitha 😁

Bought $170 worth of flowers from Kroger online. Upon pickup they looked good on the tops as you can see from the first picture, but behind the brown plastic wrapper they were dead as shown in the other pics. I left them wrapped and in water until my event, so didn’t see the dead part until the next night. I called Kroger the next day and spoke with the manager Josh. He was EXTREMELY rude, argumentative, combative and never once apologized. He said he saw them and they looked fine. I tried to explain they still did look fine from the tops, but he wasn't having it. I was only asking to return the ones I had not opened and his exact words were "I am not going to be able to resell those, just being them back and I will throw them away", but they sold them to me like that!!!! Not sure who hired Josh, but he has no business being in customer service let alone management!! I spend A LOT of money at Kroger and been shopping there for years and to be treated that way was so unprofessional!!! Do NOT buy flowers online from Kroger! If you have an issue at the IRONGATE KROGER speak with anyone but Josh unless you want to be treated like garbage!!

The older man in self checkout has been incredibly hostile towards me on multiple occasions for simply needing help with the machines, to the point that he once closed the gap between us and glared into my eyes…which was violating to me as a 21yo woman who was just getting chips for a backyard bbq 😭 Someone should just move him to stocking shelves

I left my cell phone and they had it ready for me at service desk with smiling faces. Helpful and friendly employees.

Lovely Food store with lots of extra items,and all well sorted and accessible and good pricing.

This Kroger is always packed,and the employees could care less about helping you..The aisles are way too small and rude customers as well

I came into Kroger to buy flowers for Mother’s Day. I met Tameka—apologies if I misspelled her name—at the flower department. She arranged our flower bouquet so beautifully. Her customer service was exceptional. I hope she had a wonderful Mother’s Day!
